Suggestion: Rookie Changes

So, many rookies are struggling (not really) with some of the restrictions. I believe that the rookie system should go a little different.
Suggested Rookie Changes:
Rookies may comment on moods if they obtain 20 reputation; if the rookie is someone who got demoted or used a sacrifice, they'd have to wait.
Rookies can post images if reviewed by a staff member (meaning that there post must be pending if it has pictures/photos on it), or the rookie can just post it without seen pictures, but just links.
Rookies may not like posts until they have 30 reputation (this goes for everyone, to prevent spamming)
Rookes may only access the application section once they receive 20 posts and 30 likes.
Rookies can make pms to members (and members only; but if abused, that privilege would be taken away).
Rookies cannot be rated.
Suggestion in general
For the four badges that you can earn by making posts (with the badge for getting the title correct), a staff member must review it, and staff members would be able to give those badges (and only those four), to make sure no one is cheating/plagiarizing; this one is just a suggestion, even though that there are rules for plagiarizing.
Anyways, that's it! Hope you enjoyed, and I hope if these are used, then they would improve our community and somewhat help/improve the ability for rookies. Bye!

I know this might seem lame, but I am making a game for 100-500 gold!
The point of this game is to guess my initials. Make it funny, creative, serious, or even just a guess, but make it you, and have fun with it!
The best one(s) will get up to 500 gold each!

I wonder how long Damen will be absence as emperor. I don't know what will happen in the future, but this day has been awful in some parts, but it has been such a relief. I mourn for those who died and I will hope that everyone is at the funeral for Damen at 12:00 PM EST tomorrow.

The Life Of Shrek (Part One)

Ah hello. Although shrek is the most mythical of all them creatures, he lives dear in our heart. Here is a story about when shrek was a child and becoming an adult, with his rebellious ways, and his loud cry of terror. Every part, you will find more about Shrek, but as always, this is just fake, so none of this would happen with real ogres.
Chapter 1
Shrek was a good old chap, in the beginning of his life, his parents didn't know what to name him. He set out a wild cry of a manly voice, and the nurse almost died of shrieking (she was a wimpy human). His parents decided to name him Shrek, because it was said that in Yiddish, Shrek meant alarming fear, and terror. Shrek was exactly that. Even his smile could scare a little boy to death.
As a young ogre, Shrek loved to go around the cherry trees, and find small mice to pick their eyes out and eat whole. He would eat anything in his way. As of the nights, he would be hunting until 12:00 PM for all sorts of creature delicacies. His father read him a bedtime story each night, and it was always about the annoying fairytale creatures. One night, his father told him about the most powerful creature of them all, Al the wizard. No one recalled of such a name, mostly because Al hid in his tower, waiting for prey to use his power on. Al would spend his day trying to find the most precious gem of them all, the golden necklace. All who wore the diamond watch were said to have gained 10000 times the power of a regular man. Al constantly looked for that. Ever since then, Shrek told himself that he was bound to find it someday, and that is what he would do; destroy the wizard and find the golden necklace.
Chapter Two
Al went to the Castle of the small kingdom of Elintown. Elintown was full of fake knick knacks, and was known to be the sketchiest kingdom of them all. Al visited quite often, to grab supplies, and talk to the freaks that lived there. It wasn't quite far from where Al lived, so it was a pleasure to drop by.
As Al looked for the golden watch, Shrek found a clue in the ground near his parent's swamp. It was a riddle. What??? "How corny is that?" Shrek said aloud.
Shrek cleared his throat and screeched as quiet as possible to himself: "The path of the watch is where the bumbleberries grow, oft where the punkle trees sprout, and where the mines of the troftlice are." He had known that place ever since he was born! His parents took him there as a treat to catch frog and pick berries and that sort of stuff, but now he had known that it was somewhere in a large town called Frunkle. Shrek thought to himself that it would be tough to find since it was such a large town. He swore to himself that he would find it, if it was not the last thing he did before he died.

"Mini" Healers: suggestion

So, as you may be wondering what this idea is about, it involves healing. The only real healer is dancebear, and some people can revive, but that isn't the point. We need a couple more regular healers like we used to. We had 3 or more back when healers were around with regular users, and here is some guidelines or rules.
How this would work
Healers would be made sure that they only heal 4-5 people a month, or the extra ones that they healed get killed again, and given half their gold back, and that healer will be put on probation or demoted.
The healer would get payed the gold after the person gets healed, or else it would be a waste of money. I said earlier that it would be 200-300 gold; reason? I am guessing that it could take a while so the healing will be 50 as a fee, and 30 gold per week that the penguin is still dead.
Basic Equation for gold Earning/Spending: y=30x+50
In this equation, y is the total amount spent.
30x is the constant spending of 30 gold per week.
50 would be the permenant and one time fee of 50 gold just for being healed. (This formula is slope intercept, it is useful in many ways.)
Anyways, they could be more details, but this is just the basics. I had this idea because many people needed healing, but they weren't getting attention, or ir wasn't working out for them.
The mini healers would have to be trusted enough, and loyal of course. If they heal any bad person, they will be considered a traitor and killed.
This would be based off djinn powers. I realized that Dancebear only has a certain amount of djinn power, and stuff like that. So, the mini healers or just healers in general would have 150 power per month, and it would be given on the 1st of each month. They may store up to 500, but must be active enough or they would get demoted.
This is just a basic idea; I hope you guys like it and I hope it gets added, because it would make a big change to have more healers back. Thanks for reading!

This isn't even a sacrifice. What is the point if you give all your gold away and the gold you earn for completely nothing. This isn't a sacrifice, it is a way to ruin a child's life. I think if this were EVER to be a sacrifice, it would need to be something like: Give 1/2 your gold (must be at least 750) to a random person (could be anyone and could not be transferrable back; if whoever it went to tried to give it back, then it would be worth nothing.) and receive 100 gold for each badge you receive forever. Anyways, thats just it, there is nothing in return.

Dear Administrators/Blog Staff, I will be applying for the rank Blog Administrator. I realize that this would be a big step, but I believe I am up for the challenge.
Name, Age, and Personal information
My age is 14 years old, my name is Daniel or PenguinDSC. I have been with oldcp and the dsghq since July of 2013, and have been a part of the staff for quite a while now. I started school 3 weeks ago, and I am in my first year of high school as a freshman. i skipped a grade of math, but my school teaches a grade level ahead, so I am in Algebra 2, instead of being in Algebra 1 in a regular public school (usually). I like writing, although I am not a master, and love math and science, with a job wish of becoming some sort of engineer (most likely involved with software or computers).
Desired rank, and why I am applying
I am applying for the rank Blog Administrator. I am applying because I have been using my free time for other actives, which are usually a waste of my time. I should be getting on oldcp and should have used the blog more. i want to apply for this because it shows that I am a mature and professional person, and it would improve skills for my writing and later speech classes. I would like to apply for Administrator instead of being an editor or blogger because I feel as if I am suitable for the job, and can be active with using it/updating it.
Timezone, Skype, and Email Address
My timezone is EST, I live in Georgia (of the Unites States), and I go to a school that I only have to go to school 2 days a week, with homework on the other days. Experience, DSGHQ History
I have been an administrator and moderator before of oldcp, snaildom, and many other of the dsghq games. I was a former moderator of snaildom back in 2013, and beta tested snaildom, snailschat, and Penguin Isles. As I said, I have been here since mid-2013, and am a current staff member. I have been trusted as a blogger twice before, and have made sure to stay active for a short period of time. I believe that I could be more active, since I have free time on my hands, and would be able to tend to the blog's needs. Interestingly, this is the only cpps (I consider it a cpps since many other's do) that I have stayed at. I have tried cpps.me, and some others that I cannot remember, but nothing fascinated me as much as oldcp. I am a war knight at the moment, and a moderator of the forums.

I feel like I am qualified because for two of my classes in the past years have I used a blog to do projects. I am in a composition class, and am working on literature write now to mostly improve my writing skills, and to hook the readers to want more. I love science and math, and labs, and like to take a lead in projects with groups, because I am needed sometimes. I am a straight a student, and am in honors for two of my classes.
