Tough times, indeed.

I had one of the worst day's today, not because of anything that happened to me, but because I woke up in the afternoon today, thinking about everyone I hung out with during summertime, all of the sports I played, the clubs I was in, and just to be outside feeling a gentle breeze swift across my face. It's hard trying to be active when your outside-time is limited, and how some of my favorite places to go are shut down. COVID-19, I'm sure, is making us all feel distasteful - and making me go nuts out of boredom.

Hey! I heard there was an opportunity to apply for forums mod, so I thought I might try it.

My OldCP username is SydALT, I live in the AT timezone (Atlantic Timezone), which is an hour ahead of EST.

The trickiest part about this application, for me, is the experience. I am a returning user, and quite active on both OldCP and the Forums (not for posting, I'm usually browsing around) <<< also a Dorval Knight on OldCP. This position interests me mainly because of some of the drama I see on the Forums, and I'd like to help clean that nonsense up. As many people who apply for ranks like these, I see both sides of a story, if that happens to be apart of a situation. I'm observant when it comes to constant rule-breakers, so I will take action when I see that happen.

I post this in curiosity of what music interests you? For me, rock has taken a huge toll on my life, and listening to it has also changed my life. Rock as a whole, however, is very vague. Psychedelic rock is BY FAR the greatest subgenre. Now, we get into the juiciest part of it all - and that would be who I think is the greatest rock band of all time.
Here it is! The Beatles I mean, come on, think about it - what would rock music be without the Beatles? The Beatles encapsulate everything I would ever want in a band, and that is their diverse production of music - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (psychedelic, rock, trippy), and then maybe you want to get more rock'n roll and go with something like Come Together.

Tell me, now. Who do you think the best musician is, or what the best band is? Even put in the genre you like, too, if you want.
