Overall, this rank idea is very cool. But, it would be quite difficult to manage in my eyes- we already have many ranks. Maybe, we could create a weapon of Bow and Arrows? That would be quite the cool weapon.

To refresh the flood of applications, I will share my day.

So today, after church, me and my sister went to Piercing Pagoda- a cute little station to get ear piercings. I have never gotten a piercing... I was really scared, to be honest.
To those who want to get ears pierced- I am a scaredy cat. I cannot tolerate pain, and when I say getting your ears pierced doesn't hurt that bad, it doesn't. It is just like a hard pinch and it lasts for about a minute. I am so glad I have earrings now.

After that, I went home and found a surprise on the couch. A dog! It is my mothers, not mine, but she is very sweet. Her name is Honey, and she is a light brown terrier mix. She was found being kicked and beaten, and her owners were going to shoot her with a BB gun. I am glad we rescued her.

Overall, I had a pretty good day. I am now spending the rest of my day Moderating the DSGHQ. Now I have a question for you....

What did you do today?

We don't really know... Only 3 have been demoted, and the rest have resigned. To some it may seem as our staff is unwinding, but don't worry. There are many Moderators that will remain loyal. If a Moderator doesn't want their job, it is best for them to resign so they don't fall behind.

There is nothing wrong with this. Yes, we are just like you, but it really makes the staff smile seeing effort put on towards us. Thank you for the appreciation.

In a sense, you were quite correct. I very much appreciated this post. To me, yes, we have many problems. But personally I don't think they are so large we need to take drastic measures. I am glad you are staying because it would be a great addition to our community. Your ideas, great, amazing, terrible, or not, are always helpful for the community. Any way to help the community is one step towards expanding our community, which is what I wish to pursue. Hopefully we can put brilliant minds together to form a better way to expand the DSGHQ, and to improve it. We are not impeccable, but we are very well built. We have something not many others have, and I do see the future being a bright one. I do not personally think you should have apologized. We did have different opinions, but none of us were wrong, nor specifically correct. We aren't in a position to where we are tearing, but we do have our problems that could be greatly improved.
