Okay, well, cyber bullying here can be avoided and helped here. One thing that is crucial, is that you report to a Moderator. One thing you also need when reporting, is proof. You can take screenshots to capture proof. I suggest downloading Lightshot- it is free, easy to download, effective, and many people here have it. With that, you can get proof of people breaking the rules. Just telling us is difficult, because we don't know if you are lying or not.

Also, since you are a rookie, just report proof on the forums.

Most people who claim they hack, don't. If you don't have good proof that he can hack, it should not be a worry. I will watch out for him, because threatening to hack is not acceptable. Thanks for the report!
