I agree that friendship isn't the matter, but to my friends who did say no, didn't listen to what happened. I respect your choice, and I always will, but I needed to say the truth of what happened. I am inactive for a little bit and I get demoted on every little thing when I get back? I thought I had a little more trust, and respect then that.

To be honest, everything turns into chaos when Damen leaves, no matter who is in charge. You would understand if you were here for the last time something like this happened.

And its not that saying No makes you not my friend, its the ability to listen and hear what sounds like blasphemy against them.

I am not going to play "suck-up" nor am I going to bash anyone in this post. But to those of you who said No to me regaining my position, I at least want to share with you what happened.

Today, as you know, there was a session vote to see who wants me back on the Staff. It ended up being a No. The Admins, Tennis and Roberto, went against me, implying that I came back just because I was demoted. To be honest, it was only perfect timing. I understand why they said no, but I would like it if they would actually listen to what actually happened.

A while ago, at the beginning of May, (no, I was NOT inactive for months, that is a false statement.) I messaged Damen that I have been very busy with studies, etc. He replied with no worries. Little did I know that these studies were going to be a lot more than I thought. I was bombarded with homework, finals, quizzes, tests, and memorization. You may be asking,
"How can a JR high student have so much?"
Well that is what I ask myself as well. The school I am going to currently has issues. That is why I am transferring to a different school. But that is a different story.
For weeks I have been trying to improve my grades so I won't get declined a transfer to a different school. I have been studying very hard.
At this moment, this week for me is the last week of school. And, the last day of testing and grade finalization was on Monday, May 18th- which was yesterday, when I came back and saw that I was demoted.
I tried explaining to Roberto, but in my eyes he refused to really think about what I was telling him. Yes, I could have given the staff more information about my inactivity, and that is a mistake of mine. But, the one person who knew most about it, was Damen. And he went away, leaving Roberto in charge. Which is perfectly fine, except that this happened. I was focusing on my grades when Roberto came to power.
So I was not inactive for MONTHS, that is a false statement. I did not come back because I was demoted, that is also FALSE.

To be honest, I am finally confident in myself enough to say that I think I am a great Moderator. You might be saying,
"May, its just a rank"
But to me, it isnt just a rank. I truly LOVE what I do. I enjoy helping you all out, keeping bad users away, and protecting you. I love it. Its a stress reliever, which is odd because for most it causes stress. It isnt just a rank for me, I take it seriously and I love it. I make a small mistake, but still have a fair reason, and I am demoted. It isnt my choice, and I am fine with that. But now that it is summer, I can be just as active I as I was... And I was pretty dang active.

I feel things will change when Damen comes back, this has all been hectic.

Thanks for reading, if I offended you in any way, I apologize, I really don't mean it. It's difficult for people to run something that doesn't belong to them, and I respect that. But whenever something like this happens, we all need Damen. He makes the DSGHQ peaceful.

24 hours a day is way too much. Sorry, but it should really be cut down to at least 10-15 hours a week, no more than 15. I know it is summer, but if you are like me, we dont sit in the house all summer, we try to get things done that we can't while in school. 5 hours wasn't enough, I agree, but doubling it should be enough.

Roberto said that you're still free to provide a good explanation to the admins, and I think that this is a good reason.

I have talked to him... But he said he has to think about it. To be honest, I don't think I have a chance. I am a disappointment. I was closer to my goals of not being just a Moderator, but then poof. Ashes. I just love moderating too much.

For the past month I have been having lots of finals, lots of tests, lots of work. I have been so busy that I could not come online. At all. I did make a mistake, however, I did not explain myself to the Admins as much as I should have and I am in risk of demotion. My school ends this week. I will try to make it on tonight but I don't know.

if I am demoted... I don't know.

Quite a bit... Hard to sum it all up.
