Hello everyone!

TheCommander here to propose a new idea!
I've had this idea for awhile now, but haven't been able to post it.
My proposal is for a Police Force who work directly for Administrators and Moderators. It would comprise of four or five penguins who enforce rules WITH moderators. When crime scenes up rise like the Coffee Shop Incident on the 10th, and suspects are selected or a penguin is found guilty of the crime, The police would step in and arrest the penguin(s). Working alongside The PSA and Detectives. The force is also meant to be minions of the Moderators.
If anyone has any ideas or helpful hints on anything I missed, please let me know!
This idea is still early in development, so suggestions are gladly excepted!!

After Disney bought Club Penguin, I completely stopped playing. In early 2012 I saw this website, i was soooo new to these cpps', and had NO IDEA what when on on a website like this one. After I joined I was INSTANTLY in awe of how much fun Club Penguin had become. I found my fav version of Club Penguin...The original.
It took me awhile to get used to things and it took me a long time to finally join the forums.
I wouldn't trade these memories and awesome group of friends for the world.
