This is a pretty cool idea. The only problem I see with it is some users have a lower score yet they have been online much longer than people with higher scores. If we could include a lot more people, this could be a really nice chart.

He's both Sting and R2D2. I'm not sure where you ever heard R2D2 say OldCP is childish because I know I have never said that.

You were ipbanned not very long ago. You swore countless times and often bullied others, so I don't see an unban in the future.

Posted in The Drama Phase • 18th September 2014, 07:25 PM

I'd never thought I would have to address the drama situation, but I feel like the time is right.

Unfortunately, it seems the DSGHQ is in what I like to call the "depression phase". I feel like everyone is always complaining about both their real life and virtual life. It's really bugging me, and I feel like people are making their lives seem way worse than they actually are.

The thing that irks me the most is when people start saying, "everyone hates me!', or, "no one wants to talk to me". You're basically saying 7 billion people hate you, which is definitely isn't true. In fact, probably no one hates you. Sometimes these people then start being a little mean to others, which causes others to think everyone hates them. It feels like a huge cycle, and it needs to be prevented.

Now I understand that some people really do have some issues that cause them to be depressed or angry, but there's no reason to take out that anger on us. One of the worse parts is that even the staff does stuff like this. I've seen some moderators say stuff like, "I should be demoted", which isn't very good for a moderator to say. I've also seen mods just give up. Sometimes there's users who bully and tease the mods, the mods just don't do anything, and they start complaining. I don't understand why they do that when they have to the power to get rid of those bullies. It's their job to punish them, but it just seems like they give up. This includes knights, detectives, PW, etc. as well. I just can't believe how many users are creating drama and being depressed.

It needs to stop. I don't know if it's because they want attention or something, but it really needs to stop. If you feel like you don't have any friends, then make some! Don't go make a mood post on the forum saying that you are alone and that everyone hates you. If someone makes you angry, don't take the anger out on us. Just try to simmer down and try to realize that it was only one person who made you angry. If you want to quit the game, then quit. I'm not saying I want you to quit, but if you really want to quit, then stop telling everyone that you are and just do it already.

If you are feeling depressed or angry, it's better to just stay quiet and don't spread it. All it does is cause drama, and a ton of users are sick of it. It just feels like we can't enjoy OldCP and the DSGHQ anymore. I can't express how aggravating it is to see a user starting it.

I'm sorry if this post offended anyone, but like I said, it needed addressed. I'm hoping this post will make some of you realize what's going on, and perhaps start to prevent more drama from spreading. As always, thanks for reading.

Posted in DSGHQ Autumn Fall Begins and Looking back at Summer • 18th September 2014, 05:24 PM

I don't exactly have a favorite event, but my favorite part of the summer was coming back to the OldCP community. I did join a little bit before summer started, but I spent the plurality of my time during the summer on here. It was nice to see all the familiar faces again, as well as meeting many, many new ones. I'm definitely looking forward to spending even more time on OldCP and the DSGHQ forum.

No. Way. Period. I know you, and you are c3po. I was the one that banned, then banned you again, then ipbanned you because of you cussing and bullying.

You banned him too? Well, I banned his accounts quite a lot as well. In fact, I'm the one who ipbanned him today. Fred, I gave you too many chances, and you still continued to disobey the rules. Plus, you lied a lot to me. I don't see an unban in the near future.

Posted in The wall ~Little • 14th September 2014, 08:28 PM

Moderators in the past did fine without the wall walking. For me, being crowded has never been a problem. All you need to do is answer users' questions one at a time. I also think no wall-walking would encourage making more friendships with regular users too. Instead of being so far away from everyone, you could sit closer to users and have more conversations with them. And I thought moderators were supposed to protect users, not hide on the walls when a bad guy is online. Overall, I just feel like wall-walking is unnecessary and prevents the staff to be closer with users.

That's pretty much why I don't go on the wall either. Personally, I think being able to walk on walls should be removed. +1

Posted in Connection Glitch • 2nd September 2014, 03:18 PM

Recently I discovered a glitch that prevents me from logging on.

My internet unexpectedly shut down, so I lost connection on Old CP. I attempted to log back in once my internet came back, but this came up.

I believe this happened because since my internet shut down, the game didn't really think I logged out. I went on my R2D2 account, and my Sting account was still online. This is preventing me from moderating, so it probably needs fixed soon. My internet shuts down quite a lot, unfortunately, so that glitch is going to occur a lot for me, too.

I think if a different moderator kicks me, it might make me go offline. Anyway, thanks for reading.

Unfortunately I'm going to be inactive the next few days. There's probably no chance I'll be on this Friday through Monday.

The reason I can't get online is because my county fair starts tomorrow, and I participate and show rabbits during it. There's on wi-fi there, so I can't really even be on the forums. Let's just hope I don't die from eating too much fair food.

Wish me luck, and thanks for reading.

It's been 7 months and I don't even have 200 posts. It's ok if you're late. You're not forced to post or anything, just post when you want to post. That's what I do.

Posted in New OldCP Servers • 17th August 2014, 07:10 PM

I really like this update. I'm hoping it'll reduce lots of lag, and may even give moderators some small breaks.

If it was possible though, It'd be nice to know which mods are on the servers before you choose one. It would help the mods spread out a bit more, and you wouldn't have to choose a random server until finding one that's not being moderated yet.
