I believe anyone who has the gut to say those things to Bailey and Ellie are simply hypocrites. For, if this situation happened to them I don't think they'd appreciate the hate either. They just need to look at it through Bailey's and Ellie's point of view in this situation, and I believe that is one of the only ways they'll see what they are doing is wrong. Listen up, it's not easy going through what Ellie and Bailey have to go through. I'm sure no one would want to receive the hate they are putting up with, when really it isn't there fault in the first place. For they proved to Sofie they could earn their rank back, they did what must be done and set a good example. No one should be blamed for that, it's just wrong. Users without a rank have the same chance to earn Mod, but in the end it's the Administrators decisions. If you would, please congratulate someone who has just earned something.

If you did nothing wrong and a staff member wasn't online, no need to be worried my friend. It was most likely an in game glitch, nothing to worry about really it happens all of the time.

Allow me to clear this up once and for all.

A few days ago a familiar user from Oldcp by the name of Faygo was shot and killed, by Sherlock120. Apparently various other users were also killed, although I could only find one picture to present to all of you as proof.

As you can see Sherlock120 is holding a gun in his hand and a few moments later killed her. Later on, lots of people were talking about this on the forums. One of them being, MegasharkMS. As you can see.

Before we move on, let me explain the definition of treason. I searched this definition on a few dictionary websites and found the same definition on each one of them.

Treason Definition : the crime of murdering someone to whom the murderer owed allegiance, such as a master or husband, or the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
Synonyms :treachery, disloyalty, betrayal, faithlessness; sedition, subversion, mutiny, rebellion

As you can see, treason is certainly not the act of committing suicide much like it was put out to be above. Rather, treason is a punishment one gets when trying to overthrow the government, empire, etc... Faygo did not try to overthrow or harm the empire what so ever. She was simply murdered by a user who is now being taken care of. Now for the less complex answers to the three quotes I have shown above.

Now, my first overall response to this discussion will be included below this when I tried to interpret what Megashark said.

First of all, and I want to make this clear. Please do not use inappropriate language on forums, even if it is for a report you are posting. It says so specifically in the forum rules. If you would like to explain that this user said those bad words, just say. " ( username ), also called me various bad words as she followed me. " If you do not believe me, here are the rules.

Thank you for the report, although the staff members can not make our move without some logical evidence. Do you happen to have a video, picture, or witness of this experience? If so, pm them to a fellow staff member such as myself.

I believe this user is trying to explain the incident when Faygo was killed, and that we should report it to a staff member or fellow Imperial knight. He was obviously typing this in a rush, and didn't make all of the words too clear or add detail. He most likely had to get offline in a limited amount of time, and he wanted to send us a quick message. You can tell because at the end it says.

Ah, yes. Sadly, one of the DSGHQ's finest game was discontinued for various reasons. I believe if everyone appreciated Snaildom as much as they did on Oldcp, it would still be here. This teaches many of us a lesson. You don't really know how much you love something until it leaves you.

Here's a friendly tip. When you want to inform someone specific about something important, you can always inform them in a mood or when you become a member, simply pm the user. Please use this advice for the future, thank you.

Ah, very good observations. I believe this has been reported in the past, and nobody really recognizes it today. I suppose it's because it's been that way for so long, much like the waving glitch. Thank you for the report.

This glitch has been here for quite a while. It's a small glitch, nothing to worry about really. I am unaware if it will be fixed up in the future, but until then if you would like to create a gif/signature I suggest dancing instead. Much like you have already demonstrated above.

If they said you were banned, you most likely broke the rules in some shape way or form. Just be sure to follow the given rules, create a new account, and you'll have a grand time on Oldcp!

I can relate to how you feel about this, but remember the staff members are not robots. They can not be online twenty four - seven due to logical reasons including their daily life. Don't get me wrong it can be quite annoying, although the best you can do is simply take a picture and pm it to a local staff member. A mood may help up to a point, but I highly suggest direct contact with the user that can be assistance to your problem.

Response : Even if we did have more Mods/Knights, this problem could still be an issue. As I said above the Moderators/Imperial Knights are human, they need to sleep as well and they can not simply be online every second of every day. In the past few weeks, there actually have been quite a lot of promotions.


Recent 7 promotions :

- Saber574 was promoted to Moderator about early last week.
- Deenie was promoted to Moderator the same time as Saber.
- Dancebear was made a Princess of the DSGHQ.
- Roberto is one of the new Administrator in this HQ.
- Hashir is a recent Administrator in this HQ.
- Screenhog is a new Hand guard.
- Orbay is a recent Imperial Knight.

(and there will be even more promotions in the future from the Imperial Knight academy)


As you can see, this problem in Oldcp could occur with or without these promotions. Moving on.

I understand your explication states that Coffeecow and you do most of the work, but if you would like to help out so badly you can always apply here on the forums, or get training from a fellow knight in Oldcp. I'm sure they'd be honored to help you and Coffee.

By the way I noticed you mentioned Penguin Watch in your original discussion up above. This HQ does indeed have Penguin Watch, but you can not see them. Penguin Watch are basically undercover Moderators with no name color or title. Only the Penguin watch captains such as Mike get a title and name color. So, who knows. The Penguin watch could have been there the whole time, but no one would have known.

Ah, yes I've noticed that before. Quite unusual isn't it? I have a theory that the original creators of Club Penguin could have possibly wanted to add a building sooner or later, but they just never got the chance. I could be wrong. Like May mentioned above, it's use could be for sledding.
