I didnt have symbols in my pass. It just wont let me log in

I found out that u can't name it penguin NOTHING with "pug".

Im scared. Im The Hounds friend and i cant unfriend him.

I wanted to make a new account named PugLover. So I tried the name out and it said "Username is not allowed". I really want to name it PugLover So please let me know why I can't name my penguin PugLover.
