Honestly, Frogs has been given so many chances. I can mention all of them: firstly, he was banned on forums for breaking rules, then Damen unbanned him and said he was giving Frogs a chance. Alright, Frogs wasted his chance and was suspended again for disrespecting users and breaking community values. After his ban expired, he came back and did the same thing, I banned him and now he's spreading virulent comments against me and other Staff members. We've seen it many times that Frogs won't change, he was given chances and opportunities to show his bright side and all he has done was repeat the same behaviors that lead us to punish him.
I don't know how we reached this point, but this is an indisputable proof that there's something extremely wrong with this community. I'm an old user and I have never seen this before. I don't know why this has been allowed, but for sure it is something that shouldn't be tolerated.

iBlue has been banned now. I highly suggest to you all to not abuse ban appeals. We allow ban appeals to correct mistakes of the Staff and due to a community value (forgiveness), however, abusing this concession won't help, instead, bans might even be extended for that.

Now I'd like to speak to you directly. Listen, Frogs, I will politely ask you to be more respectful.
Your behavior towards Loki isn't acceptable, also, calling the Staff team "corrupt" won't help you. All the Staff members have real lives as well, we can't be here all time and sometimes some things go unnoticed. When that happens, we rely on the honesty and fraternity of our users to report rule breakers. Thus, please, Frogs, change you behavior, I strongly believe you're capable of that.

You've bullied and harassed Loki many times and you just say it's a "joke". I'm sorry, but I don't think it's a joke, and it is unfair to other users if you weren't punished for it. I'll ask you to re-read what I said. I never said that the Empire is a victim, I'm saying that the free users are. I didn't mention the entity of the Empire, I am speaking of the users, directly about people who play the game. Through my post, I made it clear that all users are being threatened by draconians, not only southern ones.
Also, when it comes to your request about a jail, you're asking for equality when dracs and Empire aren't equals, and that's how it's meant to be. There must be a winner at the end, if both sides are equally strong, then the war will never end. I never said that the Empire wasn't greedy, but the Empire never killed innocents as a common and regular practice. I am only stating that the users of OldCP cannot tolerate this situation, all I ask you is some empathy to understand what the users are feeling right now.

Understood, but the last UOI failed because it did not have what I am suggesting now: common rules. The rules and terms would limit the power of each member. The UOI, thus, will be immune to corruption.
