You're not IPbanned, I have been IPbanned and it told me that I was. What happened when you clicked enable?

LOL I meant on the game http://prntscr.com/6p4blk is this selected? Also, does the thing pop up when you click your character, or when you first get on the game.
Maybe clear your cookies? (I'm just throwing out things that have solved random problems for me in the past)

I tried using another computer and It says the same thing. I am ipbanned.
 Yup, I 've been told this. If only I kept that screenshot of me getting ipbanned all that time ago, I am 100000% sure that it didn't say what it says to you :(

UPDATE!: THIS ACTUALLY DOES MEAN YOU HAVE BEEN IPBANNED!! I WAS WRONG (I SWEAR IT WAS DIFFERENT BACK WHEN I GOT IPBANNED THOUGH) D; If you do need to update flash though, this will help I guess!
