You wouldn't quite be able to even get a sword yet since you're new but I will tell you the answers.

1. There are sword instructions you are given when being trained by another Knight.
2. If you kill a 'good' penguin, you will lose all ranks and your sword. If you still had your sword, it is obvious you can make the same mistake again.
3. There is no Knight Activities. You have to be trained by a Knight to get Knight and get your sword.
4. I am not quite sure about this one but you have to become a healer I believe.
5. It is possible to respawn a penguin.
