Ach To has only one room beside the main island. It was also intended to only be exclusive to the P3D Movie, but Damen decided to add it to the game last minute.

On OldCp, Mandos was taken to Ach To, along with a few witnesses, where he was judged by Nameless One for his crimes. Nameless One found him guilty and gave Mandos the chance to repent. Mandos refused to repent and he was thus imploded. Nameless also then removed immortality from all of the maiar.Penguin3D
On Penguin3D, Ach To would be open to all. Sometimes Nameless One himself would appear there and speak to his servants. After the Fire Nation threat passed, the forest would move to Ach To, making the land more holy than ever before.Nova Cave

Ach To was added to the game on September 14th, 2020. It is a mostly barren uninhabited mini island off the coast of Dorval. It can be reached by plane or by doing /jr novacave and walking outside. Ach To has only one room beside the main island. It was also intended to only be exclusive to the P3D Movie, but Damen decided to add it to the game last minute. It also is one of the best places for water meditation.

Originally it was made with stone, and housed a castle ontop of it, according to the Penguin3D Movie, but the island's sea level massively decreased, and alot has changed since then.
