Article I: Murder


This article covers individuals who are accused of homicide on any land under the control of the Empire.

Class A: Intentional Murder

  • Intentional murder is the planned, successful murder of one or more persons.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution of the main account and probation of at least 8 weeks, by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment. Length of ban may be increased according to the severity of the crime, e.g. number of victims.

Class B: Attempted Murder

  • Attempted murder is a planned, yet unsuccessful attempt at murder.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution of the main account and probation of 8 weeks, by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment.

Class C: Plotting Murder

  • Plotting murder is to be an accomplice to murder, through direct or indirect methods.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: Planning murder, causing distraction, or failure to report an attempt.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution and probation of 4 weeks, by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment.

Class D Involuntary Manslaughter

  • Involuntary manslaughter is the unintentional killing of another person.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: recklessness which leads to murder, a weapon glitch, or someone being in a spot at the wrong time.
  • Punishment for this crime is to be exiled from the South for 3 days on all accounts, with an added probation of 2 weeks, by means of weapon banishment and rank banishment. If the accused fails to comply with his or her punishment, he or she may be executed.

This article covers individuals who are accused of leaking private information entrusted to them or a group of people by a branch of the South.

Generic Military Leaking

  • Generic Military leaking is the leaking of private information or identities of personnel in the Generic Military.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution and immediate termination from the military. A rank ban, weapon ban, or general ban may also apply.

Penguin Watch Leaking

  • Penguin Watch Leaking is the leaking of private information or identities of members of the Penguin Watch.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution and immediate termination from the Penguin Watch, if applicable. A probation—by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment—may also apply.

Moth Scrolls Leaking

  • Moth Scrolls Leaking is the leaking of a section or the entirety of any scroll in the Moth Temple.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution and immediate termination from the Wise Moth Council. A probation—by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment—may also apply.

Private Item Leaking

  • Private Item Leaking is the leaking of any item’s ID or password, which is not meant to be known to the public.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: Create request items or health boosting armor.
  • Punishment for this crime is execution. A probation—by means of weapon banishment, rank banishment, and potential isle banishment—may also apply.

This article covers individuals who have committed any minor crimes in lands controlled by the Empire, which are not considered treason. Such cases may be subject to lesser punishment or a pardon, depending on the case and severity.

Abuse of Weapons

  • Abuse of Weapons is to use any weapons outside of their intended purposes, e.g. pulling out a weapon in public or practicing in a crowded training room.
  • Punishment for this crime is immediate removal of rank and weapon, and 1 week of jail time.

Abuse of Rank

  • Abuse of Rank is to misuse the power given through ranks.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: Arresting without reason, using commands to your own personal advantage, or promoting or arming untrained users.
  • Punishment for this crime is immediate removal of rank, and possible probation through means of rank banishment.

Tricking the System

  • Tricking the System is to attempt obtaining ranks or weapons through illegitimate means.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: Lying for ranks, tricking staff into illegally re-arming your account, or claiming a custom item that you don’t own.
  • Punishment for this crime is immediate removal of said rank or weapon and 1 week of jail time. A probation—by means of rank banishment or weapon banishment—may also apply.

Reoffending Clause


  • Should the defendant break the law more than once within a span of 6 months, charges will become more severe with each repeated offense.
  • Such punishments may include being banned, IP banned, marked as KOS [Kill on Sight] on all or some accounts, or marked as AOS [Arrest on Sight] on all or some accounts.
  • Depending on severity, punishments may also extend to other platforms of the DSGHQ.
