Introduction
The Emperor Helper is the acting assistant that brings decisions into effect.
Effect of Decisions
Sometimes the effects of Royal Decisions are done by the Emperor or Empress themselves, but the Emperor Helper is responsible for carrying out any decision made by Royalty that is asked of them.
Punishments
When treason is committed, such an offence may be necessary to try by means of a Trial held by the Emperor or Empress. Therefore, before the Monarch is fully informed, the furthest the Emperor Helper must go is arresting the offender but NOT banning or executing them without Royal Consent.Promotions
Unless exclusively permitted by the Emperor or Empress, the Emperor Helper should make no independent decision on promotions. That includes that of Moderators, Administrators, Detective Sergeants, Inspectors, Most Wise ones, Jesters, Imperial Knights etc...Knighthoods
Never should the Emperor Helper demote Knights for being inactive. A Knighthood is not a job that requires constant activity for it is like being a Prince or Princess.Royal Consent
When the Emperor Helper is given permission to carry out a Royal Decision, the Emperor Helper must, if necessary, there specify that they are doing such a thing in the name of the one who sent them. For example they must say thatQuote:
