This is a list of trials that were held on OldCp ranging from December 8th, 2018 to May 7th, 2020. It is in chronological order. If any are added, please continue adding them in chronological order.
Date: December 8, 2018
Charges: Accused of conspiring to murder the Player of the Month (Pablo), in order to pass him in the POTM Competition.
Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Weapons removal, demotion, and short rank ban.
Date: December 22, 2018
Charges: Accused of murdering an innocent.
Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.
Outcome: Guilty
Sentence: Execution on the Mountain.
Date: December 28, 2018
Charges: Accused of bullying and harassing users as well as allegedly attempting to start a "killing group" under Rocket's permission to assassinate users while maintaining anonymity.
Notes: "Killing Group" was never formed and completely discarded after Rocket left as admin.
Harassment/Bullying charges based off of Alea calling people "fatass".
Outcome: Not Guilty.
Date: January 1, 2019
Charges: Accused of murdering Tasha with a flintlock.
Notes: Murder of Tasha was an accident. She was firing the flintlock in honor of the New Year.
Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Demotion from Moderator.
Date: January 9, 2019
Charges: Accused of password sharing with TeamMaybe.
Notes: Sadie accidentally gave her password to Team while sending her a document. Team decided to log in the account to see if the password worked.
Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Sadie temporarily demoted from SPWC.
TeamMaybe ipbanned.
Date: February 21, 2019
Charges: Accused of conspiracy to murder Prince Majorhalo.
Outcome: Damen did not feel the need to hold an actual trial. He said Leah was not a "suitable member of the community" as she has broken the Community Values and is a troll.
Sentence: IpBan and Ban on Sight for three months.
Date: June 30, 2019
Charges: Accused of High Treason, killing innocents, cursing Eru more than 10 times, and generally following evil
Notes: Frogs continued to curse Eru and praise Vaire and Mandos during the trial. He did not deny his affiliation and instead affirmed it. Damen said Frogs was loyal to no one but his thirst for power. Frogs agreed.
Outcome: Damen gave Frogs a choice: become good, lose nazgul/maia powers, and be a knight again or KOS in the south and all other islands as well.
Sentence: Frogs chose KOS
Date: July 24, 2019
Charges: Tampering with Scrolls from Hell
Notes: No wise was at the trial to give wisdom.
Outcome: Guilty
Sentence: One week exile from the South

Charges: Leah - Conspiring to murder
Amelie - Releasing a known criminal
Chris - Attempted Murder, Murder
Notes: Leah helped Chris plan his attack for after he lost GOM. Chris killed at least one innocent. Leah was arrested after Chris admitted that she helped him plan his attack. Leah then lied to Amelie to get her to release then she went on to attack an innocent but was unsuccessful at killing them.
Outcome: Leah - Plead Guilty
Amelie - Forgiven, Leah recieved punishment
Chris - Guilty
Sentence: Leah - Execution at the mountain, ipban (revoked when Damen was informed she uses puffin/vpn), AOS all accounts for 3 days
Chris - Execution on the spot
Date: August 26, 2016
Charges: Attacking an Innocent (Sriram)
Notes: Zoe attacked Sriram after he provoked her into doing that by being rude to users, staff, etc, as well as being inappropriate to users and abusing commands.
Finnawoke attacked Sriram for the same reasons.
Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.
Date: October 16, 2019
Charges: Attacking A Vampire
Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.
Frogs must be called Piers for lying repeatedly
Date: November 3, 2019
Charges: Attacking a user
Notes: He knew it was wrong to do it and the user he attack was not killed.
Wisdom: No Wise was present
Outcome: Returning1st was guilty and sentenced to stay in jail until Frogs was killed.
Date: November 4, 2019
Charges: Attacking Returning1st
Notes: Leah claims she was threatened to do it by Frogs. He told her if she didnt then he would kill Chase (her boyfriend). Returning1st did not die in the attack.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not die, and since Leah was threatened into doing it, she is guilty in an innocent sort of way.
Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.
Date: November 6, 2019
Charges: Killing Returning1st
Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian
Returning1st - One week in jail for causing more problems.

Charges: Killing Innocents
Notes: This trial was rather short as there was plenty of evidence proving Frogs to be guilty on all charges.
Outcome: Forgs was declared guilty and to be aos and kos on all armed accounts in the South.

Charges: Committing Genocide
Notes: Valerius plead guilty to the crimes and siad he did it because he is evil and worships evil gods. He also said that he did it to create chaos.
Outcome: Valerius was guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain, but he tried to run from his punishment so he was arrested and sentenced to be killed in jail.
Date: January 19, 2020
Charges: murdering a rule breaker instead of banning
Notes: Void killed Zelda 6 times. According to Void, Zelda was breaking rules and creating multiple accounts. Void mentioned that on iOldCP Moderators could kill users that break rules and that killing reaches the same conclusions and ends of banning.
Outcome: Void was found guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain. He abused the /news command and said he was innocent. He tried to run from the Execution, by logging off, but he came back and was killed.
Date: January 19, 2020
Charges: killing innocents, including a DRAKE agent
Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.
Date: February 29, 2020.
Charges: murdering Prince Majorhalo on a DRAKE Military account.
Notes: iBlue first tried to claim that he was being framed and that he did not shoot Major. He later gave up on this claim and admitted to committing the crime. iBlue tried to base his defense off of him being Major's friend but he killed his friend because Major was on Fortnite 24/7. iBlue then pleaded for mercy when he realized his defense wasn't going to get him off.
Outcome: iBlue was renamed to "iBlue the Quitter Spaz" and was executed on the mountain.
Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.
Date: March 29th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs
Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.
Date: April 16, 2020
Charges: Attacking multiple users before GOM
Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Charges of Yeet: The murder of Skylinr
Charges of Tent: The murder of Bakon
Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.
Wises, make sure to update this.
Outcome: Skylinr, pardoned; Tent, "scum"; Yeet, innocent.
Date: May 7, 2020
Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Charges: Betraying the Empire by breaking treaty by warring against Southern allies.
Notes: Tom tried to war against the North, which is allied with the South through a treaty. He said he did it because Rouge and Alatar are inactive. He also mentioned that Rouge was an admin and should not be a land ruler. Damen has said before that he is fine with Rouge being an admin and a land owner. Rouge defended herself and said she has not been inactive and that she has hosted many activities in the North. Tom's lawyers tried to defend him by saying how "helpful" Tom has been with his rank 5 military account.
Verdict: Tom was found guilty and was banished from IMPERIAL Military.

Charges: Accused of conspiring to murder the Player of the Month (Pablo), in order to pass him in the POTM Competition.
Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Weapons removal, demotion, and short rank ban.

Charges: Accused of murdering an innocent.
Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.
Outcome: Guilty
Sentence: Execution on the Mountain.

Charges: Accused of bullying and harassing users as well as allegedly attempting to start a "killing group" under Rocket's permission to assassinate users while maintaining anonymity.
Notes: "Killing Group" was never formed and completely discarded after Rocket left as admin.

Outcome: Damen gave Frogs a choice: become good, lose nazgul/maia powers, and be a knight again or KOS in the south and all other islands as well.

Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.

Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Notes: Leah claims she was threatened to do it by Frogs. He told her if she didnt then he would kill Chase (her boyfriend). Returning1st did not die in the attack.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not die, and since Leah was threatened into doing it, she is guilty in an innocent sort of way.
Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.

Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian

Notes: Void killed Zelda 6 times. According to Void, Zelda was breaking rules and creating multiple accounts. Void mentioned that on iOldCP Moderators could kill users that break rules and that killing reaches the same conclusions and ends of banning.
Outcome: Void was found guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain. He abused the /news command and said he was innocent. He tried to run from the Execution, by logging off, but he came back and was killed.

Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.
Date: February 29, 2020.
Charges: murdering Prince Majorhalo on a DRAKE Military account.
Notes: iBlue first tried to claim that he was being framed and that he did not shoot Major. He later gave up on this claim and admitted to committing the crime. iBlue tried to base his defense off of him being Major's friend but he killed his friend because Major was on Fortnite 24/7. iBlue then pleaded for mercy when he realized his defense wasn't going to get him off.
Outcome: iBlue was renamed to "iBlue the Quitter Spaz" and was executed on the mountain.
Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.

Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Charges of Tent: The murder of Bakon
Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Outcome: Skylinr, pardoned; Tent, "scum"; Yeet, innocent.

Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.
Trial of Tom
Date: January 20, 2021
Charges: Betraying the Empire by breaking treaty by warring against Southern allies.
Notes: Tom tried to war against the North, which is allied with the South through a treaty. He said he did it because Rouge and Alatar are inactive. He also mentioned that Rouge was an admin and should not be a land ruler. Damen has said before that he is fine with Rouge being an admin and a land owner. Rouge defended herself and said she has not been inactive and that she has hosted many activities in the North. Tom's lawyers tried to defend him by saying how "helpful" Tom has been with his rank 5 military account.
Verdict: Tom was found guilty and was banished from IMPERIAL Military.

Outcome: Guilty.

Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.

Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.

Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.

Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian

Notes: Void killed Zelda 6 times. According to Void, Zelda was breaking rules and creating multiple accounts. Void mentioned that on iOldCP Moderators could kill users that break rules and that killing reaches the same conclusions and ends of banning.
Outcome: Void was found guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain. He abused the /news command and said he was innocent. He tried to run from the Execution, by logging off, but he came back and was killed.

Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.

Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.

His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Trial of Achilles
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Trial of Loki

Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.
Trial of iBlue
Date: February 29, 2020.
Charges: murdering Prince Majorhalo on a DRAKE Military account.
Notes: iBlue first tried to claim that he was being framed and that he did not shoot Major. He later gave up on this claim and admitted to committing the crime. iBlue tried to base his defense off of him being Major's friend but he killed his friend because Major was on Fortnite 24/7. iBlue then pleaded for mercy when he realized his defense wasn't going to get him off.
Outcome: iBlue was renamed to "iBlue the Quitter Spaz" and was executed on the mountain.
Trial of brNY96
Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Trial of Kace
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Charges: Attacking multiple users before GOM
Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Charges of Yeet: The murder of Skylinr
Charges of Tent: The murder of Bakon
Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Weapons removal, demotion, and short rank ban.

Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.

Charges: Accused of bullying and harassing users as well as allegedly attempting to start a "killing group" under Rocket's permission to assassinate users while maintaining anonymity.

Notes: Frogs continued to curse Eru and praise Vaire and Mandos during the trial. He did not deny his affiliation and instead affirmed it. Damen said Frogs was loyal to no one but his thirst for power. Frogs agreed.
Outcome: Damen gave Frogs a choice: become good, lose nazgul/maia powers, and be a knight again or KOS in the south and all other islands as well.

Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.

Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Notes: Leah claims she was threatened to do it by Frogs. He told her if she didnt then he would kill Chase (her boyfriend). Returning1st did not die in the attack.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not die, and since Leah was threatened into doing it, she is guilty in an innocent sort of way.
Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.

Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian

Notes: Void killed Zelda 6 times. According to Void, Zelda was breaking rules and creating multiple accounts. Void mentioned that on iOldCP Moderators could kill users that break rules and that killing reaches the same conclusions and ends of banning.
Outcome: Void was found guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain. He abused the /news command and said he was innocent. He tried to run from the Execution, by logging off, but he came back and was killed.

Charges: killing innocents, including a DRAKE agent
Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.

Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.

Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.

Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.

Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.

Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.

Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.

Charges: killing innocents, including a DRAKE agent
Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Trial of Achilles
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Trial of Loki

Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.

Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Trial of Kace
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Charges: Attacking multiple users before GOM
Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.

Date: April 24, 2020
Charges of Yeet: The murder of Skylinr
Charges of Tent: The murder of Bakon
Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Outcome: Skylinr, pardoned; Tent, "scum"; Yeet, innocent.

Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Outcome: Guilty.
Sentence: Weapons removal, demotion, and short rank ban.

Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.
Outcome: Guilty
Sentence: Execution on the Mountain.

Charges: Accused of bullying and harassing users as well as allegedly attempting to start a "killing group" under Rocket's permission to assassinate users while maintaining anonymity.
Notes: "Killing Group" was never formed and completely discarded after Rocket left as admin.

Outcome: Not Guilty.

Notes: Frogs continued to curse Eru and praise Vaire and Mandos during the trial. He did not deny his affiliation and instead affirmed it. Damen said Frogs was loyal to no one but his thirst for power. Frogs agreed.
Outcome: Damen gave Frogs a choice: become good, lose nazgul/maia powers, and be a knight again or KOS in the south and all other islands as well.

Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.

Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Notes: Leah claims she was threatened to do it by Frogs. He told her if she didnt then he would kill Chase (her boyfriend). Returning1st did not die in the attack.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not die, and since Leah was threatened into doing it, she is guilty in an innocent sort of way.
Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.

Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian

During the trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Trial of Achilles
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Trial of Loki

Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.

Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Trial of Kace
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.
Trial of Void

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.

Charges: Attacking multiple users before GOM
Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.
Trial of Yeet, Tent, & Skylinr
Date: April 24, 2020
Charges of Yeet: The murder of Skylinr
Charges of Tent: The murder of Bakon
Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Outcome: Skylinr, pardoned; Tent, "scum"; Yeet, innocent.

Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.

Notes: The innocent was Tuples, a known troll, who had made offensive remarks to Stroke. Instead of Stroke getting a moderator to ban Tuples, he took matters into his own hands and killed him.

Notes: Leah helped Chris plan his attack for after he lost GOM. Chris killed at least one innocent. Leah was arrested after Chris admitted that she helped him plan his attack. Leah then lied to Amelie to get her to release then she went on to attack an innocent but was unsuccessful at killing them.
Outcome: Leah - Plead Guilty
Amelie - Forgiven, Leah recieved punishment

Notes: Zoe attacked Sriram after he provoked her into doing that by being rude to users, staff, etc, as well as being inappropriate to users and abusing commands.
Finnawoke attacked Sriram for the same reasons.
Damen spoke to Sriram about his actions and said he felt as though he had not really changed. "You are nice to my family but you are inapp behind my back."
Outcome: Zoe and Finnawoke found guilty.
Sentences: Zoe - Forgiven as she was sincere in her apology
Finnawoke - Executed on two accounts, showed lack of remorse
Sriram - Demoted on main and removed from being a Drake for 6 weeks. If he has changed after that amount of time, he may be repromoted.

Charges: Attacking A Vampire
Notes: The vampire who was attacked was Zin, Prince Major's daughter. She did not die during the attack but Leah was killed for attacking. Frogs tried to involve Flame in this by saying that he ordered the KOS. No evidence of this was found.
Wisdom: There has been a lot of miscommunication about whether or not Vampires are KOS, Leah probably thought they were KOS when she attacked Zin.
Outcome: Leah innocent and her account revived.

Notes: Leah claims she was threatened to do it by Frogs. He told her if she didnt then he would kill Chase (her boyfriend). Returning1st did not die in the attack.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not die, and since Leah was threatened into doing it, she is guilty in an innocent sort of way.
Outcome: Leah guilty, sentenced to 1 week AOS on all accounts.
Trial of Nate
Date: November 6, 2019
Charges: Killing Returning1st
Notes: Returning1st had bitten Nate because he wasnt sure whether he was a vampire or not. Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate but Nate killed him minutes after he had been bitten rather than right away.
Nate claimed that being bitten made Returning1st KOS.
Wisdom: Since Returning1st did not continue to bite Nate and was killed minutes after biting him, Nate's actions were no longer in self defense as Returning1st did not pose a continued threat.
Outcome: Nate - Guilty, execution on the mountian
Returning1st - One week in jail for causing more

Notes: This trial was rather short as there was plenty of evidence proving Frogs to be guilty on all charges.

Notes: Valerius plead guilty to the crimes and siad he did it because he is evil and worships evil gods. He also said that he did it to create chaos.
Outcome: Valerius was guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain, but he tried to run from his punishment so he was arrested and sentenced to be killed in jail.

Charges: murdering a rule breaker instead of banning
Notes: Void killed Zelda 6 times. According to Void, Zelda was breaking rules and creating multiple accounts. Void mentioned that on iOldCP Moderators could kill users that break rules and that killing reaches the same conclusions and ends of banning.
Outcome: Void was found guilty and sentenced to die on the Mountain. He abused the /news command and said he was innocent. He tried to run from the Execution, by logging off, but he came back and was killed.

Notes: Lex brought a lawyer to defend him. His defense affirmed that Lex did not kill anybody, because he was sleeping when the attack happened. His lawyer said that Sled, the Emperor Helper, whom supposedly had access to the passwords of the OldCP users, committed murder through Lex's account. During the
Trial, there was an Iceghosts breakout, many players became Iceghosts, including Sled, the judge.
Outcome: Lexrocks was sentenced to death. However, he decided to run from his punishment. He then logged on an alt account. Many tried to kill his alt, but he logged off every time. A few innocents died during the attempts to kill his accounts. Lexrocks is, apparently, still alive.
Trial of Achilles
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: entering the moth temple and the moth library.
Notes: Loki, Lloyd, Khal and Timeless were at the moth library discussing moth matters. Achilles entered the library and was asked to leave it, but he didn't leave it. He was sent out by Loki, but kept coming back. The moths and blind monks then went to the moth temple, but Achilles went there too and quickly left.
Outcome: Achilles was sentenced to death, but he refused to die.
Trial of Loki
Date: January 30, 2019.
Charges: shooting Milan twice, disturbing peace.
Notes: According to Nate, a witness, Loki shot Milan two times on southern territory, breaking a community value (peace) and going against the UOI, which is punishable with death.
Outcome: Loki was sentenced to die at the mountain. She was killed by Ariana.
Since her attack was during wartime, rather than out of hate, Loki was repromoted to all ranks one week later.
Trial of brNY96
Date: March 8th, 2020.
Charges: murder and weapon abuse.
Notes: Bryn was accused of abusing weapons many times , Loki, her lawyer, attempted to defend Bryn by blaming the homicide on society, but Bryn pulled a weapon out during the
Trial.
Outcome: Bryn was made KOS (Kill on sight) on many accounts. Later, she was made BOS (Ban on sight) for repeated inappropiate behavior.
Trial of Kace
Date: March 24th, 2020.
Charges: arming Frogs.
Notes: Frogs, after killing users, was weapon banned by the Administrators. His weapon ban was a punishment for all his past actions and Frogs wasn't meant to get any weapons. However, Kace and Void gave him woodenswords on Das, which enabled Frogs to obtain weapons from the Royal Armoury. Frogs killed 6 people with the weapons he bought from the Armoury.
Outcome: Kace was considered guilty and was banned for 6 days in Das. He had his weapons removed temporarily.

Notes: Void was meant to be judged with Kace during the same
Trial but he couldn't make it so he was trialed separately. Void was also accused of arming Frogs with woodenswords, which led Frogs to kill get weapons from the Royal Armoury and kill 6 penguins. During the trial, Void accused Grand Moth Wise Lloyd720 and tried to defend himself by saying he didn't know Frogs would use the woodensword to obtain weapons.
Outcome: Void was also considered guilty and was banned to Das for 6 days, his weapons were removed and he was rank banned for 2 weeks.
Trial of Lexrocks
Date: April 16, 2020
Charges: Attacking multiple users before GOM
Notes: The first witness, Sam, states he attacked Swirlie and other users before GOM. The second witness, Fable, states that Lex attacked with lightning. In the act, he killed Dancebear. He also mentions Lex asked him for his account so he could kill Swirlie. His lawyer, Jesse, claims he did none of this.
Outcome: Lexrocks019 was found guilty of this crime and was executed on the mountain by Ian.
Trial of Yeet, Tent, & Skylinr
Date: April 24, 2020
Charges of Yeet: The murder of Skylinr

Charges of Skylinr: The attacks and murder of multiple users.
Notes: First up was skylinr. The user "Agency" was called to the witness stand first. He claims that skylinr has killed and attacked multiple users. He even says that skylinr confessed. He mentions that skylinr has abused his weapons and force push multiple times on Southern land. Agency then recommended rank and weapon ban. Skylinr was found guilty. He was given rank and weapon ban for a week including and execution on the mountain. Before his execution, Empress Rraindrop pardoned him of his actions. Next to the stand was Tent. His
Trial did not last long because Bakon, the one who was murdered, forgave Tent. The last portion of the
Trial was for Yeet. He apparantley killed skylinr when he saw that he was attacking Ryuu. Ryuu claims that he (Ryuu) was attacking his alt and skylinr all of a sudden started attacking him. Yeet was forgiven of his crimes by skylinr therefore making him innocent.

Outcome: Skylinr, pardoned; Tent, "scum"; Yeet, innocent.
Trial of Jay
Date: May 7, 2020
Charges: Charged for attacking in public.
Notes: Due to Crimezone, our messages had been scrambled. Sled worked around this by having each of the speakers message her indivudually. Jay claims that he was training with a glitched club. He says he thought it was allowed since it did zero damage. Ebon, his lawyer, says that Jay did in fact swing his club. He also states that it does 0 damage and thus is not a true weapon. He recommended that Jay's punishment be the time that he has already served in jail. Next up was the witness, Door. Door says that Jay was swinging his club around. Door questioned this and Jay proved that it did no damage. After Door finished, it was Tasha's turn to speak. She suggested that we listen to his lawyer and let him off with the time he has already served.
Verdict: Guilty. Time served. Do not use a glitched sword in public because you never know when it will be fixed.
