There are two types of meditation: Indoor (waterless) and Outdoor (waters) meditation.• Waterless Meditation is done indoors, with the exception of Humm. It has a random chance of being better than water meditation.
• Water Meditation is done in outdoor island rooms (Cobia, Dorval, etc.) This type of meditation is more effective the higher up you are with the highest altitude being on top of Humm on Stone Isle.
Mechanical Side
Strength starts accumulating after 6 minutes of meditation.. It slowly increases overtime, though some items buff that acceleration.Be careful when moving during meditation, too much movement will result in breaking out of your meditative state.
