The South was the original island in both P3D and Oldcp.
The South was first ruled by an Emperor by the name of Rsnail (Rocketsnail), who was mistaken to be the Chosen One and eventually fell to Queen Snowfalls and her ice ghost army. The full details of this tale can be read in The Tales of RocketSnail.
After the death of Rsnail, his regent, Argon Drake, was crowned as Emperor. Argon would later fall to Mickey, passing the Empire on to his son, Damen Drake.
Other people who have ruled the south have included Dark Lord Pythas and his (now ex) Dark Lady Little, Flame and Rouge, and also Melody Illuvitar for Ancalagon the Black.

At this time, the Fangsworn were ruled over by Dendra, the Nazgul Dog Lord, who had the vampires raise dogs for his dog army there. On one visit, Dendra would pick out a puppy that was to be his champion and fed the Fangsworn Captain's son to it, causing a Fangsworn uprising. The Fangsworn were slaughtered by Dendra's hounds in this uprising but were no longer under his rule. The monastery was once again abandoned and remained so until it was taken over by the Wizlock Council. Though it has been renovated, the evil spirit of Dendra's hound Skuggi continues to haunt it.

While his servants would be resurrected on Penguin3D, Melkor would remain vanquished for all time.Return of the Shinobi
After some time, the Shinobi would return to the South once again. They returned with a vengeance as The South had dug up some of their old artifacts from the times of RocketSnail. The items were temporarily placed on display for all to see in Drake Hall and were later moved to the Moth Temple for safe keeping. The Shinobi would break into the temple and steal the artifacts, even some of those that did not belong to them. The hostilities between the South and the Shinobi remained high until The Shinobi Order eventually faded out of the picture. It is unknown whether they will become a threat again someday in the future.Fire Nation Take Over
At the end of 2021, Fire Nation would invade the South. First, the Fire Drakes and Balrogs set fire to the forest and burned it to the ground. Then, the Ice Drakes came in and froze much of the land. They placed a large block of ice in front of the door to thrones. The Fire Nation won the invasion, and placed Melody to be Empress for Ancalagon. Melody placed many women in charge of various south functions, she ran the land with Winteron, her helper, until her vanquishment. The South would not be reclaimed by Drakes until April of 2022 after Ancalagon was vanquished.

The Shinobi would break into the temple and steal the artifacts, even some of those that did not belong to them. The South was the original island in both P3D and Oldcp.
The South was first ruled by an Emperor by the name of Rsnail (Rocketsnail), who was mistaken to be the Chosen One and eventually fell to Queen Snowfalls and her ice ghost army. The full details of this tale can be read in The Tales of RocketSnail.
After the death of Rsnail, his regent, Argon Drake, was crowned as Emperor. Argon would later fall to Mickey, passing the Empire on to his son, Damen Drake.
Other people who have ruled the south have included Dark Lord Pythas and his (now ex) Dark Lady Little, Flame and Rouge, and also Melody Illuvitar for Ancalagon the Black.

The South has the most well documented history out of all the islands as many scholars decided to reside there since the land was stable and mostly peaceful. Despite this, many dark and evil deeds have occurred in the South.

At this time, the Fangsworn were ruled over by Dendra, the Nazgul Dog Lord, who had the vampires raise dogs for his dog army there. On one visit, Dendra would pick out a puppy that was to be his champion and fed the Fangsworn Captain's son to it, causing a Fangsworn uprising. The Fangsworn were slaughtered by Dendra's hounds in this uprising but were no longer under his rule. The monastery was once again abandoned and remained so until it was taken over by the Wizlock Council. Though it has been renovated, the evil spirit of Dendra's hound Skuggi continues to haunt it.

The Monastery
In the early days of the South, a monastery was built for the blind monks to reside in and many valuable texts were removed from the Blizzard College in The North and placed in there. The monastery would quickly be attacked by The Fangsworn, who killed many monks and stole the ancient texts. Forest fighters were sent to the monastery to recover the texts and to protect the monks. But many of the forest fighters would fall ill and die or become vampires themselves and thus the monastery was raided again. Dagor Dagorath
The main fighting of Dagor Dagorath would occur primarily in The South. The final battle started after Melkor himself came into thrones and claimed the land to be his. Thus, many of the servants of Pythas came to the south to battle for him. All of those servants would be killed and the world would eventually be freed of them and The Menace. While his servants would be resurrected on Penguin3D, Melkor would remain vanquished for all time.Return of the Shinobi
After some time, the Shinobi would return to the South once again. They returned with a vengeance as The South had dug up some of their old artifacts from the times of RocketSnail. The items were temporarily placed on display for all to see in Drake Hall and were later moved to the Moth Temple for safe keeping. The Shinobi would break into the temple and steal the artifacts, even some of those that did not belong to them. The hostilities between the South and the Shinobi remained high until the Shinobi eventually faded out of the picture. It is unknown whether they will become a threat again someday in the future.
