sK1PPY1 here again.

Recently almost all of the staff except for a couple have been demoted. We need more than just 3 mods and 3 admins though. Now there isn't a mod online some of the time and no mods are on OldCP is becomes a pure mess. People are cussing freely, bullying, and doing the glitch where you can walk on the plaza walls and there is no one to stop them. We need people who are more active to be mods. I'm not saying are current staff aren't completely inactive I'm just saying that from around 6:00 am to 3:00 pm people are behaving really awful. I'm not going to point fingers it's just that it's unexceptionable behavior. Damen please hire more staff because OldCP should not be like this. I think maybe 4 or possibly 5 more mods would work better than just 3.

Yes, I agree. I think It should get more staff, Some penguins are breaking rules. We need mods to online, Its only 2-3 mods are on List.

I think both because when i am online swears are on after mods go and no others go on but also damen said he only needs 4 Mods or something

Also,Cyberbullying will never quit,because it's the internet and people don't really care about your emotions. They think that it's okay to bully and by people killing theirself it gives them more power so of course even with mods there could be bullying.

Damen demoted moderators so the hacking would stop. He did it for a reason but if there was no hacking going on. There would be more staff. That's the reason why it happend. ~iSnail

I'm not sure. But I would think hacking is worse in my opinion but all of it should stop.

I'm not saying that they should have like a ton of staff guys. I'm saying that the next person they hire would have to be very trustworthy and very, very, active and helpful plus be a multitasker. TikiLiki's doing a great job and so is MuscleBob but, it's like TikiLiki said

So I think that we need 4 mods but, right now there's only 3. So a for the missing shift that's when the users act awful. TikiLiki, MuscleBob, and Raindrop can't completely cover it with only 3 people doing a 4 person job. Please don't take this the wrong way guys but, I think 4 or maybe even 5 mods would probably be enough if they changed shifts everyday and where in the correct timezones to do so. Maybe there could be a work schedule or something so that there's someone on almost the whole time. Then if that person gets sick or goes on vacation they could probably work it out to where they could cover there shit for the time they were gone.
