Just a note. I think I spelled sued wrong in the title, but you know what I mean.
I have an idea, let's say a person makes a mod comp team called the 'HawkFrees' and the Freehawks do not like that. We could set up a meeting in court to determine whether the leader of 'HawkFrees' gets sued. And this isn't just for like stealing a name.
Let's say that someone was unfairly banned and wants to sue a mod for it. There would be a trial for court. And if the person who was banned wins the court trial, they get unbanned and the mod who unfairly banned the user would lose the amount of credits the judge announced & the person who got banned would get those credits. It could go for many other things as well: Scamming, robbing, breaking rules, bullying, etc. This is probably one of my more stupid ideas but I just thought I could share with you guys this idea. Thanks guys for reading!
