Hello Oldcp!
Here are some suggestions for the imperial bank:
1. Recently we had a problem with closing the bank and I think all bankers should have this. When it reaches 8 PM ET that is when the bank CLOSES but some users wont get out. The commands /bankclose and /bankopen let the bankers control. All NON-bankers are summoned to the courtyard, where they can no longer get in until the opening time the next day 9 AM ET
2. Iwishlagwas told me he is a banker but not a full banker, so I think we should have a title for soon to be bankers called "Banker in Training" where an experienced banker such as Maggie or I teach them how to bank
