Hello DSGHQ!
Here is another one of my ideas.
Why not have a retirement paycheck? So for example if you were a knight and you made about 200-300 pieces of gold per month. So when you retire you can be paid half of that. Only if you retired not if you were demoted. And also you can have a savings account. For example all your money you earned as a knight will double! Meaning more money gets added to your account along with a monthly retirement check. So I really like the sounds of this. I hope you guys do to! So If you made 300 then you would be paid 150 per month.
. For this to happen you must be a working penguin who has been that rank for over 1 month. Ty.

I love this idea. If I could add to this, I think members who have had a job for 3 months at least should have a retirement check of half the gold they got on the job.
