Good morning! I have heard this question very often so today I will tell you how to get it. I will divide it into about 6 sections and give info in them. These are in random order so.
Reputation
You need reputation in order to proceed a higher level. It must be a good reputation. A reputation by other users based on how helpful you are. It is very important to gave a good reputation.
Helpfulness
When new users arrive, you must greet them in the most positive way. You can't go to them and say "NOOB YOU SUCK" It is just plain rude and you actually broke a rule. Also, try to help people and guide them. This is also a very important step you must go up on.
Following Rules
The most important thing, follow the rules. If you don't know where the rules is, you should see a tab named "rules" and click on it. Telling other users to follow rules is also a very good thing to help you proceed.
Active
When I mean active, I mean coming on a lot online. You need to be online in-order for mods and admins to notify you. Being active you should be online at least 3-4 times per week and stay on for 1-2 hours.
Being Recommended
Being recommended isn't an easy thing to do. Based on the top 4 things, you might be recommended and might be a mod. NOTE: We won't recommend anyone if they ask us to. We recommend you ourselves.
Patient
Most users don't even be patient. You must be patient in order to achieve the position you want. Or else, if you keep asking us, the chance you will get is about 10%. So try to be patient. After you follow these 6 steps, one day you will achieve a moderator position like me!
