Goblins were a creation of Melkor, who were his first main troops, they aided in his pillages of the islands and aided his most loyal war general, Pythas (Formerly Known as, Mairon Annatar). He was good and incorrupt as Eru created Him. His greatest virtue was the love of perfection and his dislike of anything wasteful. However this helped in His downfall for Dark Lord Melkor. Mairon saw the will and power what can help Him in His goals and desires faster than if he had pursed them on His own. While Melkor wanted to capture the lands of Arda (Oldcp), Pythas wanted good capture the minds of the creatures, Pythas joined Melkor in the shadows, but still acted loyal to the Valar (The Gods of Lord of the Rings), After Melkor was defeated Pythas announce he was bad and asked them to forgive Melkor (Note this takes place is the 0th Age), During the 2nd Age Pythas forges the 20 rings of power which were given to the races of Earth, then he had a one ring, forged on this ring was a phrase i’m sure many of you heard before “One ring to rule them all... etc”, (This is now when we get in to Oldcp oriented lore) Pythas lost the one ring during the War of the Rings where Frodo Baggins threw the one ring into the fires of Mount Doom where it originally was created. Pythas escaped and continued to regain his strength and battle more wars with Melkor, note able ones such as Dorval War, and basically every other CZ island war ever. Then, after signs of oncoming doom, Melkor, Legion ( a group of spirits under their control) and Pythas at full power warred on the entire Oldcp, and every island (Cobia didn’t exist at this point), Melkor brought his and Pythas Nazgul (Spirits corrupted by 9 of the rings) to war too, but they were defeated and eventually Melkor was too, he was imploded by the son of Pythas, Turin, also known as Accal Annatar. After this heavy loss Pythas ran into the shadows with his wife Snowfalls to regain power, after this Valar (Gods) found to courage to go against Eru, Some included Vaire and Mandos who were also married, after Vaire killed Mandos (God of the dead) she unlocked his halls releasing the dead including the 9 nazgul, who got angry at the 7 nazgul who Vaire picked, (Lore gets messy here, Snowfalls may of died and been released). Eventually, Vaire became a greedy harlot (Erus words not mine) and kissed Cthulhu, then sucked up too much power and imploded which spewed her power over the islands, and the only fragment that was found was destroyed by the Ninjas of the island of Cobia. After Vaire was killed Pythas came back under the new name Pythor, where he pulled a Kylo Ren and promised to finish what (not his grandfather) Melkor started, Pythor also brought back a mind controlled Snowfalls who in turn brought back her thought to be dead army of Ice Ghosts who appeared very early into Oldcp, and this is where we are now, I know i missed some stuff like Unmei but that can be seen by the Wiki.

Many centuries ago, the most powerful of the forest lords, Melkor, rebelled against God and sought to take over the forest. He was joined by other rebellious forest lords and forest princes. Their goal was to establish a black forest called el•ka•umbra (meaning black wood of the eldar).

Unfortunately, the forest became corrupted for a long time. Many forest people were mislead and the kingdom itself was infiltrated by the lieutenant of Melkor, called Pythas, who seduced the forest queen Melody Daughter of Rashad (the Shaman's daughter).

Melkor's rulership of the forest truly began when Pythas sealed the shaman and his people in the golden city under the mountains in the north for hundreds of years.

Meanwhile, a son of Pythas called Accal (meaning eyes shining bright), lead the resistance against Melkor and his servants. It was he who in the end pierced the heart of Melkor in the form of Turin Turumbar, the man, in December 2018.

When Melkor/Morgoth fell, Pythas renamed himself to Pythor. Though just a forest prince and not a full forest lord like his son was reborn into being, Pythor still holds the most power any prince has ever held and hopes to carry out his dead master's will and bring forth the el•ka•umbra and take over the world with a socialist new world order!
