Ok, so one thing I seen that we could improve on the game is the way that island ownership works. One thing that is a main issue with this is someone can rule a island for a very long time I believe there needs to be a balance on how long someone can rule (excluding the south since it is the original land and Damen owns the game). We could fix this, by making it where after a set time someone has to have a successor or a selected person to take over, unless warred and there land is taken. Another way of fixing this, is by making it where someone cant own a land then give the land to someone and take it back right after they give the land up this could help stop what i like to call "power farming" , this is a technique were someone will die and lose there land and then they have someone to take over then that set someone hands the land right back to that user which shows how attached that user is to the power of the land, I believe if someone does this that they should lose the land completely and the empire is able to select a new ruler or the cabinet of the empire selects a new ruler to make it fair. These are just a few of the issues that I see with land ownership I hope that even if I'm not selected to join The Cabinet that this still gets addressed and fixed in some form of way and fixed, anyways thank you for taking your time to read this post and I hope you have an amazing and wonderful Day or Night.

I don’t know the situation of the game right now. I don’t know which side is more powerful (who has more OP users). But from my past experience (and I’m sure you know this), evil has more OP users and they would typically abuse their powers (guilty..).

I think we should have an even amount of OP users on each side because that way it’s a fair fight, and admins shouldn’t really get involved in wars because all the admins are on the good side. Or if they do, there should be some rules set for both sides.

Again I’m not clear on the situation, but that is what I think.
