Give OldCP admins who aren't ranked on forums (me brit and gamer cough we finna die fr) a faction that allows them to see tickets so users can make tickets for us to see and answer IF it is related to OldCP and somethin we can help with. It just makes things a lot easier for everyone.

Should make this for every game admin. Maybe have a drop list and you can choose which game your ticket is for?
