I joined here at the lowest point in my life when I was 14 , had good and bad memories but I had fun and it was a nice distraction I'm now 19 and much better but regardless thank you!

So glad I decided to pop back in before the shut down. DSGHQ has always held a special place in my heart as well as all the friends I made too. I always liked checking back in every year to see who was still around and who returned. I grew up on here and it will be something I never forget. Thank you Damen for creating such a wonderful community and thank you all for making my childhood one to remember.

Wow. I discovered Damen Spike Games HQ after about 6 years of inactivity, one month before closure. It had a profound impact on my life & childhood, fueling my daily life and putting on a smile on my face always. I'm now the founder of a unicorn company, and I sincerely doubt that had I not been on communities like Damen Spike and endured thought-provoking experiences through my time here I would ever get to this point.
