This wouldn't be a good idea, because 1.) It's a forum, not a FPS game, like Call of Duty, 2.) This would increase drama on the forums, and 3.) New users would be completely dumbfounded by this idea if it happened.

Well, thanks for coming up with ideas, but sadly I don't think that would work. People like me wouldn't accept a team, I'm not that sort of person. Also, we can't really have a competition on the forum, that's for in game. Admitted, some people would love this! But when it's going on, there will be just nothing for a team to do.
