My view of Rover

Hey everyone! Cpbiter here! Sorry I haven't been on for a while.

In this post I will tell you my point of view of Rover.
I think Rover faked his death and he probably cloned or dressed up differently so people won't reconize him. He might of wore Gwin's hat. He's probably got a hacker that hacked to go on walls and go to one of the corners so he can spy. He might of made the ninjas with no name and he could spy (he probably hacked to get a penguin with no name.) I think the penguin In the ski lodge is a dummy.

Well, I do not even think of Rover anymore, and like Dice said, I don't understand... :I And can you please put more info, that is a pretty short post.

Ok, bh can walk on walls because there a high rank. :/ There like rank 5. BH can make mods members and make anyone owner or mod or demote them.
