Okay, so there is this kid name Jello, who likes to make a lot of noise with a bell and whistle. I am tired of it.... and so is everyone else. I was wondering if there could be a way to mute any sound on a person. Without kicking or banning them off the server.

This is a BRILLIANT idea!
Well, Jello was also being really impolite and he was swearing too, and then after he got banned from a LOTS of accounts he made, he probably decided to get revenge on making noise.
But, I think the mute button would really help too!
The office button is also a great idea!
