The reason I didn't say Yes is because cereal isn't cooked, but I didn't say no because, you put milk into it, which makes it a little like a soup with crackers. I believe it is a soup more than it isn't a soup, But not enough to have a defiant yes, so all I can say it may be, or it may not be.
