Gianormous Glitching On OldCP

This is a severely urgent message to mods staff AKA admins and mods
the server blizzard isnt working well i have encountered that the commands are not working on the server i log off and go on server snowball normal once more log off and relogin and apparently it says penguin not found try again?
is OldCP updating because this is on my disturbance feeling
i am very confused is the server being hacked or so?
that is irrational but u get my point of thought this doesnt make any sense not one clue fits the other
someone plz help me
i believe A Admin is online on oldcp
plz if u know what these bugs are plz give me feedback i am very anxious to learn the case

i see u worked hard on the application i didnt include all the info other wise it would flood the comments a little
but i do find it a very good application but first u should try aiming for a bit more rep (just to keep it simillar to the posts) but either way love the application
the info is all perfect u could add a bit more detail to make it looked more complete or more finished
also it seems a bit fast to apply right after a few weeks come back
i know u seem pretty ready but r u sure about this?
