The reason why Damen and Chelsey constructed a hit list is because the situation was becoming very bad. It got so bad to the point that users broke the game and you weren't able to log on. When the game came back, users were still putting on buggy/laggy items which made the game unplayable in the most popular room. This room was where the staff had to pay full attention, as they always should, but mostly for this circumstance because we were told to send out people who had these items on or to try and remove the items from them as quickly as possible. I think that execution is fair, as this is a development issue and goes far beyond any game laws or lore. A death or a ban seems equal in punishment as the account remains unusable in both outcomes. We need to think about how Damen feels from a developer standpoint. His work was wide open and people were taking advantage of it left and right, even causing damage to the game as a whole.
P.S. Adding small items such as the goldantlers, spliffs, etc was not seen as a big deal by Chelsey and Sled. They didn't mind that people were using these items and they were allowing people to have a bit of fun. They didn't mind if people were giving themselves a few things as long as people did it moderately, which some didn't.

Hey guys,
I wanted to make this fun little discussion to talk about the aspect of time. When you think about it, time is a crazy thing. Sometimes it feels like it's moving slow, sometimes it feels like it's moving fast. Many things can happen in such a short amount of time, and not so many things can happen in such a long amount of time. This post is going to go over a little experiment I came up with. The experiment requires you to take a photo of your OldCP character on the same day for the past 3 years, or as long as you've been here via the OldCP Cinema tool. I also took a picture of my character currently so that it can be viewed at a later date as well to see if anything has changed. Below are my results:
08/16/2017
08/16/2018
08/16/2019
Present day - 05/24/2020
Now if you told me that I'd be Head Moderator around the time I was online for that first photo, I would have called you a liar. If you had told me my whole future on this game in fact I'd still call you a liar. Looking back is such a crazy thing to me. I always reminisce about things, sometimes for good and sometimes for bad. What did you think about this experiment? Let me know in the comments. Feel free to participate in this experiment as well in the comments. What changes have you noticed in yourself over the years? For me I'd say my outfit style changed, ranks have changed and mostly my activity has changed for the better.

This was a really cute video and I think that it will help all of the Moderators in handling complications between users.

Jesus, that does not look good. On another note, I have also seen some militaries hit innocent users while attacking a bad guy. If you're close to the user, try getting the bad guy away from them so that you're not hitting them. Because of not doing this, there have been cases where although the bad guy gets killed, an innocent user also dies in the process.

If I'm going to be honest, I think I know why people were jumping on the fact that you resigned:
King/Queen of the North is a big position and to many, it seems like a nice one to have. This rank has not had an opening for quite some time now, so the people seemed to have gotten excited and saw it as an opening to try and gain power and leadership. When openings for ranks happen, people usually play on emotions and not the prophecies or family trees. This is understandable because I know what it feels like to want something badly and I'm not hating on anyone for feeling that way. I understand where they are coming from completely.
My personal opinion would be to follow your prophecy or promote the person you think is most qualified. I don't know how long you've been thinking of quitting but if you've been thinking about it for quite some time now then I'd assume you have some sort of idea of who you'd want to see as King or Queen of the North. I also agree with you on the fact that you should have got some sort of decency, a goodbye.

This is a great idea, but most of the time when a user is in jail it is because of murder or attempted murder.

Hey guys,
I'm making this post to discuss the idea that I've had for a game show on OldCP. From the title of this post, you can tell that this game show is going to be based on the game show Deal or No Deal.
Details
• Location: /jr dealornodeal
• Top Prize: 500,000 gold (subject to change in the future)
• Date: TBD
• Seeking: A contestant (with guests/friends if you wish) and a banker.
• Anyone is welcome to attend.
What the room looks like:
How the "cases" will work:
What the board looks like:
How the game works
If you don't know how Deal or No Deal is played, I'll sum it up:
• The contestant starts the game by picking a case.
• They continue choosing "cases" one at a time. Whatever is in the cases they choose isn't in theirs. Each item represents a gold amount. (See the chart above)
• After each round, the banker gives them an offer. He/she is trying to buy the contestant's case by spending as little gold as possible.
• The player has the chance to counteroffer. This means that they can try to make a compromise for more gold when given an offer. The contestant can only do this once in the game and if the banker says no to the counteroffer, the contestant needs to go onto the next round. The counteroffer will not be accepted if the banker does not think it's reasonable.
• If you take the banker's offer and your case has more gold than his/her offer, you made a bad deal. If you take the banker's offer and your case has less gold than his offer, you made a good deal.
If you're still confused, I recommend watching videos of the show on YouTube.
Want to be a contestant?
If so, great! I just ask to fill out this brief application:
• OldCP username:
• Do you want guests with you?: (Yes/No. If yes, who? Minimum of 3-4 guests.)
• What would you spend the gold on?:
Requirement(s): Know how Deal or No Deal works/is played.
Want to be the banker?
If so, great! I just ask to fill out this brief application:
• OldCP username:
• Why do you want to be the banker?:
• Why should I pick you over others?:
Requirement(s): Be a trusted member of OldCP. Be serious about the position. Know how Deal or No Deal works/is played.
You can send these applications in the comments section of this post.
I'll post more information in the future if this actually becomes a thing. I'd be down to host this once everything is established. If any Game Hosts want to work with me on this, please leave some comments below or dm me on Discord. I'd be happy to work with you guys.
