I still don't think its a good Idea and from your point of view: why give everyone guns when they can't use them? because the amno is expensive
 just look at my flamethrower, each propane canister lasts a few seconds and costs 20 goldore
that doesn't stop me from using it, although not 24/7

Instead of making it more difficult to be strong, why not make it easier, to make things fair? or give everyone guns
also strength should increase the damage of melee weapons and powers

I like the idea of a sandbox server for P3D, where you can fight your way through hordes of enemies, armored and geared to the teeth, and the more bosses you defeat, the better stuff you unlock (e.g. powers, OP weapons, military vehicles) which you can buy later on to fight against even more powerful enemies or players.
