I personally don't think its that bad to cuss in PM, as long as the person you are talking to is comfortable with that lanuage. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the reason there is no cussing allowed is to not offend other people who are not comf orange with cursing? If both people are okay with it, why is it bad? As long as you're not cursing AT someone, why is it not allowed? I personally have never cursed in a PM because I find it unpolite and unnecessary, but I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed.

(I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to see the reasoning behind your perspective )

I am so sorry for your loss, I c ant imagine living in a work without my own mother. This must be so hard for you. I'm sure your mother was a wonderful person.
