The most famous brother of the watch is Penguin Watch Captain Sadie. Sadie lead the PW pretty much from the start, as SPWC hiring and acting like a mother to the brotherhood.
Nepeta was also a famous captain of the watch. Though she was caught abusing the mod com link by playing stupid music on it in 2015. She was punished for that and later on she was also beheaded (RIP).
Through history, many brothers broke their oath by leaking their brothership. They were all executed.
