Providence was added to Oldcp in 2016, and originally was owned by Stanley of Growler.
It was the 3rd new island area added to Oldcp (after the North, added a few months before)
To become the ruler of Providence, you must kill the Topp Dogg, which is the ruler of providence, 1 time, then you rule the land.
Providence is 1 legacy, and works differently than other islands.
Providence is based off Skye Island in the UK
