Silence is a doctor who works for Amir (since the death of Pythas) and helps any draconian who seeks his assistance to have better health.
Silence is the doctor to all the draconians and their other servant creatures. He holds many PhDs in various fields and is the most skilled doctor around. Sometimes Silence runs around with a four bladed lightsaber to either try to kill draconian traitors or possibly to create more business for himself.

At first, Silence only practiced black medicine, when tended to involve the use of steroids. But as any doctor should, he broadened his horizons and tried practicing another kind of medicine, forest medicine. Silence said has found forest medicine to be more efficient than black medicine, though you may still have to pay for his services with your soul.
Silence also happens to be skilled in martial arts. Sometimes he will even train others in them and teach students how to do double jump and other impressive acrobatic fighting skills.

Silence takes being a doctor very seriously. He has been known to disappear for weeks at a time to attend medical conferences. Being a doctor and holding many PhDs has been his calling in life and he is very proud of it. He has even stated that he could never marry a woman who does not hold a PhD.Quotes

DNA Testing
Silence will test a patient's DNA if they request it. Sometimes the DNA tests can reveal a lot of new information, such as if the person is force sensitive or not and where they originated from. Other times, it reveals very little that and just states the obvious. Prescriptions
Silence's prescriptions for draconians can be very beneficial. They improve different aspects of a patient's health such as strength, height/size, and force. Always remember to follow the doctor's orders when taking any of these prescriptions, otherwise the consequences may be deadly.Scans
Dr. Silence can also run a scan/X-Ray on patients if he thinks it’s necessary. The scanner uses radiation to take images of the inside of a persons body. Silence uses these cans to find pregnancies, determine the gender of unborn babies, as well as detect possible tumors.Silence’s scanner.
Surgery
Another important service Dr. Silence can perform is surgery. If he thinks a patient has a tumor, he will operate right away to remove it. Sadly, the doctor does not offer any anesthetics for patients undergoing surgery but he is a skilled surgeon. His operations tend to go well with good end results. Silence will consult with medical journals during the operation if he doesn’t know exactly what he is doing. Delivering Children
