That has been happening for months now; I'm not sure if it will get fixed or if it is possible to be fixed, but I don't think it would be too much of a problem. It seems that it is only certain people, like for me it is Jake01, Bailey, and a few other people. This isn't a major problem but would be good to fix.

Swirlie, its alright. Anyone can be forgiven, and I believe the mistakes you made can be fixed with an apology [as you have done just now] Although you may think you have done us wrong, I believe since you became Moderator, you have been an amazing part of our team. You are extremely active, and most of the time I'm on I'll see you helping others. We've all made mistakes in the past, but I forgot them because an empty chest will be more productive than a tight one. And also, there's no need for you to change. Mistakes can make a person who they are, whether they make or break someone. We can all try our best, but we can never be perfect. Once you accept this, you'll realize that the effort you've put into this community is already enough. Thanks for being with us, and if it makes you feel better, I forgive you. Try thinking better about yourself, you really are a clever gal.

Hey there! Welcome to my second news report; I've been tired so I haven't really had enough energy to have a type session. Anyways, a lot of promotions and demotions happened this week, so that will be the main topic.

Redemption

Redemption is basically where users vote on each staff member to see if they would like them to stay as their rank or be demoted. The only people that are not included in this are royalty and few exceptions such as Roberto and soon to be Administrators.

The only Administrator decision made was for Hashir, and he was promoted back to Admin since he was demoted the day before. Other decisions included all Moderators. I would not like to list all of them, but the ones that were demoted. These were Sled and Mckinlee which were both demoted for inactivity. Basically, they were both replaced by a user vote. There were candidates were chosen by Damen and users; whoever got the most votes for yes got the position. Here were the results:

There were also others that were promoted to Moderator; these were not replacements. Sting and ZingCPAWM were promoted to Moderator. Sting is a former Moderator who had resigned in late 2014, but was promoted again by the choice of the users. He has been here since either 2012 or 2013; I truly cannot remember. Another Moderator that was promoted was Sadie. She has been here since 2013, and also was a former Moderator. Both are very responsible and creative, and I can't wait to see them in action again.

Also, there were a few knights that were promoted. This was lead by the decision of the users aswell, and here was the result.

Sammeh/Sampopxxx101 was promoted to Knight.
Milkshake9 was promoted to Knight.
ZingCPAWM was promoted to Knight. (He was promoted to Moderator the next day)

All of these people are new knights, meaning they have not been one before. Sam held the rank of Wise before this, but had resigned. I believe Sam and Milkshake will make lovely knights, and I wish good luck upon Zing as he continues his path as a Moderator. A few days back, Kara was promoted to knight which was unrelated to the Redemption and promotions. I congratulate her so much; you know ily Kara ^o^ Ah! Thanks for reminding me Milkshake; Sled after being demoted from Moderator was promoted to knight. Sled was a Moderator Competition winner, and has been here since 2013. Congratulations to him aswell.

Forums Promotions

There were many Forums promotions aswell; here they are:

Knights: Sam, Kara, and Milkshake9

Moderators: Jesse

Wise: iMoose/Viking

Forums News

The house 'Spike' was changed to house Drake; the symbol and phrase are still the same and it is still open to the Spike family such as Damen's siblings, adopted members, etc. More information is in this post: http://forums.damenspike.com/view/44789/

In other news, the newly changed house is holding a Gold Competition sponsored by the Imperial Bank. This will basically just be a fun get-together where members of a house can work together in order to earn a prize worth lots of gold. For more information, look at this post: http://forums.damenspike.com/view/44806/

This week, there wasn't too much excitement, just lots of promotions and changes. I'll be seeing you on Thursday which will be when I will be making my next News Report; if you would like to suggest a News Report name for me; I'd love to hear your suggestions. Bye now!

Posted in Feedback Discussion Of Moderators • 21st June 2015, 10:09 AM

Alright, I don't know if this will offend you or not. This will be what I truly think; there will be much to give feedback on. Some of the things I will 'debate' about will be:
  • Why Not Everyone Can Get A Chance At Moderator paragraph 2
  • The Unfairness Of Administrators Promoting Moderators paragraph 3
  • Moderators And Their Attentiveness Levels paragraph 4
  • The Equality Users And Staff paragraph 5

Before I say anything else, there is something I would like to say. I am a Moderator, with different opinions than the users. I am equal to the users, but my opinions are different. Many of you feel I say a lot of these things without knowing I experienced them before. Which in this case I did. But what I have done in the past is no way to obtain a rank; back in 2013 I was pretty desperate to help someone and to be seen. That's not what I'd like you guys to be like. I want you guys to earn it because you are active, loyal, friendly, helpful, etc. Every single one of you have potential, but you have to reach it first in order to achieve,

First of all, I would like to talk about my first topic. There are many things that can incorporate to the fact that not everyone can get a chance at Moderator. The first thing is that if everyone got a chance; there would be an overload of staff members/Moderators. There would only need to be a certain amount of active staff members on one server to do their job. Another thing is that I believe Damen trusted demoted Moderators more. In this case; he will probably choose a Moderator who was demoted for in-activeness and was active now, or choose one who resigned for being inactive, and then came back to being active. Another reason is that I don't think Damen/Administrators choose desperate people. This isn't even an opinion, this is basically where you try too hard by advertising an application too much or personally asking an Administrator; things like this. A lot of people truly lose the chance to get Moderator because of this. One of my final reasons is that some people although newer are seen with lots of potential. Basically they will obtain Moderator very quickly, unintentionally pushing aside the rank from other users. Everyone equally can deserve the rank Moderator the same, so I've learned to congratulate anyone for obtaining Moderator no matter what.

My next thing is the unfairness of Administrators promoting Moderators. I have seen this multiple times, and cannot deny this happens. But, what if just for a minute, you believe they deserve it maybe? Lets talk about this. They might have the same potential as you do. Although its unfair that they get a 100 percent guarantee to get a chance at Moderator, they still might deserve it as much as you would. Yes I know, that really doesn't seem fair that it happens, but if they don't do their job properly then they will most likely be demoted. If the Administrator abuses this then they will be demoted. So yes, there are people that get promoted by Administrators, but if they do their job correctly and meet all the requirements, then you should be happy for him/her.

Moderators and their attentive levels. A lot of people say Moderators do not listen a lot of times. In this case, this is very true. Us Moderators could definitely improve our attentive and listening skills toward others, but mostly this is caused by talking to friends. There are times when Moderators can be spot on, and other times when we can completely mess up and not do the job specifically made for us to do. This is not a good quality to have, but as a Moderator, you feel more stressed than without a rank. I'm not saying its too hard to handle, but when there are so many people asking you for things, you would really like to talk to your friends and have fun. If we as Moderators can balance our job by talking to friends at appropriate times and working when people need us, I think this will fix the problem in itself. We don't try our best to be attentive, so I believe we should be working on this over the next few weeks.

The last thing I wanted to talk about was the equality of users and staff members. Many say that there is special treatment comes up for Moderators and even ranked users. At times, this is true. At sessions, usually a rank will be called. Not always, but they are more visible than a regular user. There are other things that could be unfair and are unfair, but mainly I wanted to talk about the rights of users and Moderators. This might be slightly different, saying that Moderators have powers such as walking on walls and name-color, and they also are respected and trusted more. They will probably get a say at sessions etc. These might be Moderator rights, basically saying only Moderators get these extra things. Some of them are to help with their job. An example is walking on walls and whisper. Walking on walls, although not used all the time, can be used to have a peripheral view of the town. Even if its a game, you would not want to be crowded while Moderating or something like that. Whisper can be an advantage and disadvantage. We Moderators use this for personal things and we use it for things that can only be said around Moderators. I have seen some suggestions saying that users should get whisper too, but they would abuse it for sure. Not saying that Moderators can't abuse it (which hasn't happened yet), but there are way more users than Moderators. A user can easily send an inappropriate message to another user and get away with this. Even if you could take it away from said person, they would be able to make another account or have someone else do it for them. Mainly, Moderators get more rights because they are more trusted. Don't get me wrong, there are SO many users who have trust. But, there are so many trolls and others who get a kick out of cussing and being rude to those online, and because of them its taken away from everyone. I believe this is the main reason the equality is different between users and Moderators. Other than that, I believe they have most of the same rights regarding opinion and chances.

This is my opinion. It might be different than yours. Maybe you users think otherwise for some things that I said. And maybe there are some things that staff don't recognize or acknowledge. We can do a better job at many things, because our main job is to help users with their problems and to protect users from online trolls. As long as we do our job correctly, I feel like you guys could give us a break every now and then. You know, talking to friends etc. We Moderators make mistakes as easily as you guys can, and you know that we have rough times aswell. Please feel free to leave your honest feedback on my discussion, and if you think differently about something I said, please feel free to add something or correct me. Thanks for reading; bye now.

Tbh, you had the rank before, but you let it go to earn Moderator. Bubbles was going to be inactive for a while, so she resigned. When it came the time that she was active again, she got it back. If you complain about a rank, it will most likely lower your chances of getting it. Although you might have been working hard, you still might have to go the extra mile. Don't get worked up because you didn't get a rank; just keep going for it and maybe in time your'll achieve your goal. Wise ones have to give themselves wisdom when they are in hard times; maybe you'll be able to do the same.

Posted in Theory Of Squidward • 12th June 2015, 09:13 PM

Hey there! I would to place my theory here. It might be unsolved, but here it goes. You know this picture?

http://prntscr.com/7gbpo2

I think I figured it out. Alright so for the first row, here are the symbols in order:

1) The death of the Mountain
2) The death of Yarr (Rockhopper's puffle)
3) I think this is either The Hound or Squidward (I'll explain)

Here is the death of Yarr the puffle. This shows blood on his face:

http://prntscr.com/7gbvwi

The second row is the missing potions in the Healing Labs as shown below.

http://prntscr.com/7gbqmh

The third row is the army of the Undead which is symbolizing to revive them.

The last row is:

1) The death of many users
2) The death of Shrek

If this is the conclusion, here is how I believe it will be plotted out:

FIRST, they incorporate some blood or body liquid from the Mountain, Yarr, and this unknown person. If it is Squidward as the unknown person, this means there is someone trying to revive Squiward.

SECOND, they steal the potions. Both of these will matter soon.

THIRD, with all these ingredients: blood from those already dead and potions that have special powers, maybe they will use these to create an anti-serum for the army of the un-dead. Thus, they will revive the un-dead.

FINALLY, I believe if the third symbol on the first line is Squidward, and Squidward is revived by this anti-serum, then he is the leader of the un-dead. His plot will be to wreck havoc on the innocent people, and to then kill Shrek once and for all. Since Shrek is his life long enemy, this would make sense.

For this all to incorporate, there would need to be one final variable. There would need to be someone reviving Squidward. My conclusion is the Squidward... is the Hound. After Scarlet had gotten her last chance, she finally began to plot. Now she was ready, and she was going to revive her leader and the army of the un-dead. The leader is Squidward, or in my theory he is The Hound.

http://prntscr.com/7gbuea

Here is a picture which was taken out of the Hound's wiki. If Scarlet was given the chance to be The Hound, it must mean they are related in a way. This was the last part of the Hound's wiki, which can only mean one thing. Scarlet was out for revenge. Because she was controlling the dead Hound, she wanted to finally revive him. With a set of blood and potions, she will revive Squidward (the Hound), and they will revive the army of the un-dead. They will kill Shrek.

http://prntscr.com/7gbv9z

This part is the last of Rover's (Scarlet) wiki. It says that it is possible that she faked suicide. This backs up my theory saying that Squidward is actually the Hound, who will be revived by Rover, who is still alive. This is not my final revision, I am still trying to look more into this. Thanks for reading.

Hey there! And welcome to [name to be changed later]. There were many things that happened this week, and if you weren't here, this would be a good place to find out.

Promotions

Swirlie, Wheeler, and CoffeeCow were all promoted on Wednesday. [6/10/15] They were all promoted to the rank Moderator Here is a little about each.

Swirlie

Swirlie has been a member of the Forums since January 28th [I'm not sure when she joined OldCp; most likely in December]. she is currently a Forums Master, and was a Xat Moderator before she was an OldCp Moderator. She is an experienced member, I believe she will do great things for our community.

http://forums.damenspike.com/profile/Swirlie-10457/

Wheeler

Wheeler has been part of the Forums since March 2nd. He is the Master of Timezones, and was a Xat Moderator before. He has been part of our community since back in 2013, and is a friendly guy. Aswell as Swirlie, I believe he will do a swell job as OldCp Moderator. He is very experienced, and will benefit our community greatly.

http://forums.damenspike.com/profile/Wheeler-11113/

CoffeeCow

Before becoming OldCp Moderator, CoffeeCow was a Knight for the DSGHQ. She has been a member of the Forums since September 7th 2014, and is currently a Forums Knights. She was aswell as both Swirlie and Wheeler a Xat Moderator, and was very attentive and helpful. All three of these people deserve a well earned congratulations; they will do good things with their new rank.

http://forums.damenspike.com/profile/CoffeeCow-8894/

There was also a resignation in the community. The user resigned from the rank Moderator. This was Music, an older user of the DSGHQ.

Music

Music has been in this community since 2013; he has been on the Forums since October 13th, 2013. He was Moderator before, but after some time, he was promoted once again for winning the UK Game of Mods. He is also a Xat Moderator, and worked hard to keep this community safe. Unfortunately, his schedule was very packed. He had to resign because he couldn't fill in all his hours. Although, he requested to be promoted to Knight after being demoted from Moderator. Currently he serves our community once again, and I am very happy with him.

http://forums.damenspike.com/profile/Music -2611/

Basically, I will now explain what was going on with Roberto and the Guards etc etc. Basically, the Black Hands and Shrek were wanting to kill Roberto. Roberto wanted to strike back, sso he gathered some knights, some guards, and Matthew (Warlord). They were against the Black Hands at the town. The battle was brutal. Many Black Hands were killed; no guards were killed. Roberto killed all but 3 Black Hands I believe, and they were in danger. At this point, I'm not sure why, but Roberto was in an igloo behind the map. I believe it was because Shrek wanted him sentenced to death so he fled and hid to save his life, Matthew found him, and attacked him. Roberto was killed by Matthew with one hit, and his blood was shown.

http://prntscr.com/7g8pgk http://prntscr.com/7g8psh

The second picture was of a Guard throwing a grenade at Roberto to make sure he was dead. Roberto after this went away.

Archie & Raindrop's 1 Year Anniversary

Their anniversary is tomorrow. [6/13/15] Here is some information about their wedding: http://forums.damenspike.com/wiki/Royal_Wedding Archie is a Prince who had joined the Forums in November 2013 I believe; Raindrop is Damen's sister. She was born into royalty, and married Archie who was already a prince since May 1st 2014. They have been married ever since June 13th, 2014, and will be having their celebration in 6/14/15. Here is some information on the celebration of their anniversary: http://forums.damenspike.com/calendar/day/?id=14-6-2015 Their anniversary isn't the same day as their celebration, but I quote from the calendar:
Quote:
Note: The celebration is happening a day after their actual anniversary.
-Archie II

Sacrifices are a newly made thing of the Forums. They were created on 6/4/15, and are made exclusively for Members. You can see the link here [as long as you are a member] : http://forums.damenspike.com/sacrifice/ Sacrifices are basically something in which you benefit in some ways but you suffer in others. Here are all the Sacrifices and their description. This discussion shows the advantages and disadvantages of all sacrifices, and their opinion on which you should choose: http://forums.damenspike.com/view/43918/

This is the end of my first Forums News Report. Thank you guys for reading and thank you for giving me the chance to become a News Reporter. Hopefully you enjoyed my News Report, and hopefully you are mostly caught up on the news of the last week or so. Bye now!

Posted in Feedback Discussion Of The Moderator Spreadsheet • 12th June 2015, 12:52 PM

This is not a hate post. I did not create this to hate on Roberto, just to explain my opinion. A normal user would think differently than a Moderator would about the spreadsheet, so let me tell you my opinion from a Moderator's view.

The spreadsheet is a good idea in some ways. When given the correct treatment, it can build up the community. But in my opinion, this spreadsheet is damaging the community more than it could ever help it. This spreadsheet is in the wrong hands; I feel someone else should control it. Moving on.

Here is my main problem. Many amazing Moderators either were demoted or resigned because of this spreadsheet. Examples of demotions were Ellie. Some examples of resignations were Jacob, Music, Screenhog, and more to come. I don't even want to hear it from Roberto that they resigned because they couldn't handle it. It's because of the pressure you are laying on Moderators. Many people are on probation because of your crazy hour requirement. It used to be 24 hours, but was changed to 15. Even then, kids have school, which requires homework aswell. This might take around 9 hours a day to do both of those. We have meals, and we all have friends outside the DSGHQ which we spend time with. Overall, that leaves us with barely enough time to fill in our hours. Although you may say inactive, I call this strict. I understand that if it was only 1 or 2 mods that couldn't handle it, but there are at least 5 who we have lost because of you. I would suggest a reasonable 10 hours. Even in the summer, we do lots of things such as hang out with friends, go on vacations, etc. Its fun being here, but if you are going to work us to the bone then I suggest you are the one that gives us an easier time.

Another problem for us Moderators is that only Moderators are included. Its a problem because not just Moderators protect OldCp, but the staff in general do so. Administrators shouldn't be excluded just because they are a higher rank than us; we should be able to do it as a team of staff members working together to protect OldCp. This comes to another point in which Roberto doesn't give us a break. He always makes sure we are Moderating for all our time on OldCp rather than hanging out with our friends or having fun, which is the reason almost all of us came here. You cannot expect us to work to death. Remember this Roberto: we are children and teens. We shouldn't be treated like an army. We shouldn't be expected to work all the time. We willingly accepted the position of Moderator, because we want to protect and to serve reasonably. We as Moderators can handle it, but with you pushing our boundaries, you cannot truly expect us to work as hard as we do.

To sum it all up, my problem with the spreadsheet is that Roberto is pushing the limit. He won't give us breaks, he expects too much out of us, and he enforces rules yet he cannot even do so himself. I want to see a change soon, because I don't want to lose other spectacular Moderators. Please leave your honest opinion; I want to see what you guys would think if Roberto made you work so hard. Thanks for reading.

Posted in mod is impossible • 11th June 2015, 12:29 PM

Well lulu, maybe its not the destination. Maybe its the journey that counts. You have been trusted with the rank knight, and I believe that's a huge achievement. Although you may not have gotten Moderator, you are still a helpful and friendly knight of the DSGHQ. All of us at times think that we couldn't do something, but if we put our mind to it the impossible becomes possible. It might not take two years. Maybe you aren't trying hard enough. Maybe Moderator isn't right for you. Maybe you just have to wait a little longer. Whatever the case is, you should give it your best to achieve your goals; whatever they are. I know you have potential, but you can't reach it if you are impatient. Good luck on your journey ahead, and although it may be a long one, no one ever promised that life would be easy. Bye now <3

Posted in Forums News Reporter Application (Maniac) • 10th June 2015, 12:00 PM

Hey there! Please read this application before commenting, and make sure to leave your honest opinion. Dear Administrators/Staff, please consider me as a News Reporter of the DSGHQ Forums.

Age: 14

Forums Name: CPManiac

Experience I am currently a blogger for oldcpdaily.wordpress.com (OldCp Blog); although it might not seem to you that I would need to write news in two separate places for the same community, I would be able to update news on the Forums around 2 times a week with quality information.

Why Should I Become A News Reporter? Well, I feel that I would do my job correctly and well; saying that I have exquisite grammar and spelling + a wide vocabulary. Although I am currently a rookie, I believe I have enough experience and trust to have such a responsible rank. I am active (saying I get on the forums around 2-3 hours a day normally), and I believe that I make quality posts/discussions. It would be a great honor to me if I became one because I could truly show my abilities to create News. I would take the time into creating elegant and pleasing news. I don't have experience creating news on the Forums, but like I said, I am a blogger for the OldCp Blog and I know how to make interesting news. If I were to get News Reporter, I would hold onto this rank as long as I could. Saying that I cannot get Forums Moderator anymore, I think I would be able to fulfill this duty.

Why Would I Like To Become A News Reporter I would like to become a News Reporter because I believe I would fit the job description well. I believe it would also be a fun experience for me; basically the only other rank I have had is Moderator. Not to be ungrateful, but I haven't really experienced much else. I think it would be a good opportunity for me because it would improve my blogging skills and writing skills in general. I would love to update the forums every week on the events going on; I strictly believe if something is to be known, it should be wide-spread. I would be able to attend sessions/events and personally record them. I would mainly record smaller things, such as updates and promotions/demotions, but I would also do things like minor events since most of the major things will be posted on the OldCp Blog. It would certainly be an amusing time for me if I became one.

Experience I dont think this would be necessary but I think I would like a balanced application.

OldCp Moderator/Snaildom Moderator/PenguinIsles Moderator/Forums Moderator
Beta Tester of PenguinIsles & Snaildom
Blogger

Basically this is it. Although I am a Forums Rookie, I believe I have the potential to become one; I would serve the community well and post excellent and descriptive news. Thank you for reading, be sure to leave your comments below. Bye now!

Posted in Don't Try/Ask To Get In Jail • 9th June 2015, 01:59 PM

Hey there! In the last few months, I have noticed many people wanting and pleading and trying to get into jail. Mainly, they want to see what jail is like. Even after I tell them that /jail is the same as /jr sarabarielle, they still want the real deal. Here is a list I would like to show you of what not to do:
  • Don't Attempt Cuss
  • Don't Cuss
  • Don't Bully Others
  • Don't Call Others Names
  • Don't Snowball Spam [Most Common Way People Try To Get Into Jail]
  • Don't Spam Bell/Whistle
  • Don't Mock/Mimic Others
  • Don't Have An Inappropriate Name
  • Don't Be Inappropriate
  • Don't Attempt To Be Inappropriate

Me and many others have told some users that jail isn't fun, and I want you guys to understand that. It is just a place of 'punishment' where you cannot get out until released. If you have a problem with your ban, make a ban appeal. Another thing: DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES SUCH AS BLAMING IT ON A SIBLING. I have seen this countless times; if you aren't going to tell us the truth then don't say anything at all. Moderators would rather have someone who is respectful and honest about their problem than rude and deceitful about it. You would more likely get released by responsibly telling them.

I know most of you guys would understand that jail isn't a good environment to make friends and have fun, so I know most of you wouldn't attempt to do any of the things listed above. It would make a Moderator's job much easier if a lot of the 'troublemakers' of the DSGHQ got the message to not bug Moderators about getting into jail. We might not always do our job perfectly, but when we are doing it, users tend to overwhelm us. Thanks for reading; have a good day!

Hate? Not at all. I agree very much with every point you said. Roberto tries to make it look like this community is growing; like he has become a big part. But his army techniques are tearing us apart bit by bit. Most don't understand Roberto; he always tries to cover up his act with answers leading to more questions. I feel if he can't serve this community right, then he cannot serve it at all. Another thing is that although Sherlock is a bad egg, he should be given one last chance. I know he has done bad things in the past; I still don't trust him. But if he has tried this much to change his act, then I will respect that for now. If he messes up, then his reputation will (if not already) fully be destroyed. I want to believe that he will do good, but his actions will usually lead him the wrong way. We will see though. Thanks for making this post; you are a great friend Sheepy <3

Posted in An Unfair Demotion In The DSGHQ • 8th June 2015, 12:43 PM

Err yeah.... my gut is telling me not to make this post but I'ma do it anyway. Hey there! Today I would like to talk about an unfair demotion, and about why some are considered unfair in my opinion. A demotion can be put in multiple ways, so if this isn't your opinion then you think otherwise, which is fine.

Rae

Alright, so as you might know Rae was demoted for leaking members of Penguin Watch, an organization of the DSGHQ in which the members are kept secret. Let me say something about this. Alright, first of all, Rae always has best intentions. She would never purposefully wrong the DSGHQ in any way, nor did she feel she did. She didn't necessarily leak them straight on, but from what I heard from her she was just showing a picture to someone and it was considered as leaking. Although I understand the punishable offense here, I would like to talk about another variable that could come into place.

Roberto is the man I'm looking for. He had asked Rae for nudes. In my opinion, Roberto has offensively hurt the DSGHQ more than Rae could ever. This should be discouraging to the community, and I'm not even sure why he was kept as Administrator. Although EH was taken from him, this shouldn't be enough for what he has done. Not just this time, but for all the non-recoverable instances he has been through. In fact, he is still asking girls for this. I heard from one of my trusted friends that up to date he has been having a competition with his friend. The objective of this is to see who can retrieve the most nudes from girls. Whoever gets the most wins. This should be taken under extreme measures. For all the things he has done. For all the false promises he has told.

Roberto promises a bigger community, not a better one. He is always telling me to get out of his way; that he is helping the community more than ever. Although he might be doing good in some parts such as giving the snowball server new upgrade, he has mostly damaged this community. The concept of forgiving and forgetting is a virtue, but when someone has been given too many chances, over time this virtue is crushed. He has never forgiven anyone else, but has been forgiven by others. His publicity is more important than this community to him in my opinion. He only likes the highest of ranks; forgetting to treat others with kindness and respect. He lacks redeeming qualities in which a high-ranked user in our community would need.

No, this isn't a complaint post. This isn't a discussion made so I could try to get Rae her rank back. The intention of this was to make you think about unfair demotions. If this was fair to you, then that is alright with me. If other demotions were fair with you, that is also fine with me. I also wanted you to give me your opinion on Roberto. Yes, I have been a little harsh on him when it comes to words, but all of what I say and all that I have said is true. I don't think he should be a leader of our community; he is better with settling business than giving equality to all users. Please comment your opinion on everything I have said here because I like to see how other users feel compared to me. Thank you for reading; bye now.

Nice news report; Jacob actually resigned from Moderator around 3 weeks ago. He is still an amazing Most Wise and serves our community well. Otherwise, its good to see that you update the community with news every week around 4-5 times. Keep up the good work ;p

Alright, let me say a few things. First of all, Moderators have complained about your spreadsheet. You are just so worked up in all your publicity that you cannot recognize these simple things. Aswell as this, Deenie gathered up 36 hours this week, and she has no congratulations? Thats a thing I think you shouldn't include every week. You are congratulating the person that is most active, which is basically putting one Moderator in front of another. YET ANOTHER THING is that you let Sled off the hook when he had hours left, but you won't let Little gain extra hours. May I remind you that it is a full week, not just 6 days. If by the end of Sunday they don't have enough hours, you can count them for an X. Overall, I think you need to respect others better. Don't go on and say "well go on Maniac, tell me what I can do better." You value people based on their rank in society and how publicly announced they are, and of how much they respect you.

Don't get me wrong, I love the spreadsheet idea. But from the fact that you stole (yes I mean stole, not just had the same idea) this idea from Chelsey, I just cannot think straight. For once, I would like to see you treat others equally. Not based on their rank, not by their promises, but on their heart and their personality. If you reply back to this saying, "You aren't a problem to me; I can demote you any time I want" (he has said that to me and other Moderators before) or if you say "I don't care. I'm on top of the world! I don't have to know your opinion to know I am awesome!!", I will be very disappointed in the way you treat others. Not that I have the authority to do so, but because everyone is treated equal based on opinion and personality.
