Oduil

Oduil is the cousin of Aule.

Background

Oduil has spent most of his life away from Arda. Despite this, he was able to learn much from Aule, who taught him much about crafting with stone and other materials. While he was trained by Aule, he is not as skilled as him.

Personality

It is said that his temperament is much different from Aule's. He is much quicker to anger and bring vengeance upon any of those who offend him.

Coming to Arda

Oduil came to Arda to take charge over the dunes after Aule decided to rejoin the Ae and return to heaven. Oduil quickly set to work crafting when he arrived.
