The first Lightning Drake was created by Melkor sometime during the First Age. They do not follow similar traits to other dragons modified by Azeb PHD as they take 1000 years to fully grow up
They are also relatively neutral and like listening to the artist Drake especially his song Knife Talk its pretty good
