Toben is the son of Maria, making him the cousin of Gamer, Glarthir, and Nook. The identity of Toben's father is not currently known.
Pirate Life
Toben came to live on Providence at a very young age and became friendly with the pirates living on the island. He became a business man, smuggling goods to trade or sell to pirates. Toben worked for Pythas for a time when Pythas was masquerading as a pirate by the name of Captain Skull Croft.
Azeb
Later on, Toben would start working for Azeb, a wealthy man who specializes in making clones. To protect his identity, Toben renamed himself to Hareth while he was working for Azeb. He revealed his true identity to only a couple people, one of them being his cousin Gamer. He said how he would rather work for Gamer but Azeb pays him too well to quit.
