Jeff, also known as Help, is an OldCP veteran user for 7 years.
Jeff was born in Canada on July 7, 2001, aged 19. He has a passion for baseball, and he roots for the Blue Jays, Canada's only baseball team. Jeff was an old historian; he started playing Club Penguin in 2010 and has learned all of Club Penguin's history from 2005 to 2017. Later in 2011 or 2012, he has discovered some CPPSes and came across OldCP. In 2013, he also discovered Xat chats.
The strange history started when Jeff started playing OldCP in mid-July 2013. He started as a user named "Terry" (in no way related to Terry91) but wasn't aware of another user named Terry91 (he has since talked this over with Terry91 and is best friends). Also in 2013, he has made the user "Help", also unaware of another user named OldCPHelper (now KingArthurII). Jeff has used "Help" for helping out users through the years on OldCP and has had a 50/50 success rate in helping users. He either helps them himself or acquires staff assistance to deal with some users. Despite his helping experience, Jeff has thought of being a moderator for OldCP but has never become one yet. In his early years of OldCP, he was sometimes inactive due to school (He had joined at age 12). Sometime in 2013 or 2014, the username "Jeff" stuck and has since been used over time. For the majority of the first 2 years, Jeff has waddled around normally. There were a bunch of users on OldCP back then.
In 2013/2014, Jeff had also contributed to DSGHQ's xat chat, which had once been below OldCP's play page. Jeff's xat was "Chat Inspector" a user similarly used for helping and inspecting chats. Jeff might have also founded the DSGHQ forums in late 2013 under the username of "Terry" (user 54321 on forums).
Jeff had stumbled upon the DSGHQ forums on April 11, 2015, under the alias JeffOldCP. Jeff had once renamed himself to Help, but couldn't figure out how to rename it back until years later. It took a while for Jeff to get used to the mechanics of the forums. He has also helped out users on the forums just like on OldCP and has a similar rate of success. Despite being a young player back then, he came across as a bit arrogant and ridiculous and has earned a bit of a reputation between good and bad. Jeff has also held the rank of Master on forums but has been back to Member for some unknown reason.
OldCP was also a changing history years later. Jeff had decided to check out some of Damen's custom rooms like the throne room (101), oldtraining, the old joust room, the office, imperial bank, Rsnail thrones, etc., and events such as the Blackhawks event, Game of Moderators (GOM), the OldCP Pirate lockdown, and many more.
In another game of moderators, set in the present day, Jeff joins Freehawks. After a failed Team Wolf disbanded, Jeff decided to make the move to Freehawks temporarily. Freehawks did well in the competition, and some user got Moderator. Despite some steady progress in GOM, Jeff might make a return.
In 2016, Jeff partially joined TSA, owned by OldCPHelper (now KingArthurII). He had used his other alias Toon for helping out in the roleplay. However, his involvement with the group was short-lived, as Toon did not do too much. His other alias has retired as of the present day.
In 2016, Jeff had made a few more aliases like Toon and VAULT. His remaining aliases are mostly inactive at this point. VAULT is Jeff's OldCP bank.
In 2016/2017, Jeff had joined House Wolf. He is the remaining member of the group. Despite the house's inactivity, Jeff might move to another group.
In 2016, Jeff had become Imperial Knight. He had applied for Knight on the forums, and days later he was a knight. However, he had limited experience training before as a knight and was once killed by a pirate. He has been given training by Jesse, who taught him how swords work.
In the later years of OldCP, Jeff had waddled around normally again. But sometimes, due to arrogance and random corruption, he is kicked and arrested a couple of times. Jeff has since learned his lesson on not going too haywire again on the risk of losing his main penguin, along with his rank and his chances for a rank. In these years, Jeff spends the day spectating events.
In 2018, Jeff had become a War Knight. He had fought for the Dorval war and took on some Goblins and orcs. The defense training had proven helpful. Jeff had also defended the OldCP South from lots of goblins with some "Forts" (Fort445, etc.).
By late 2018, Jeff had since quit for a little while. He has left for a year, missing the 2019 events.
Jeff has made the return around Early to mid-2020, around March to May. OldCP barely has any activity going on. His final return is present-day September 2020, both on OldCP and the Forums. Jeff has since matured through his 7-year tenure with OldCP and DSGHQ and now respects the community.
In September 2020, Jeff had joined the Penguin Rescue game night, hosted by Saber574 and Rouge11. He had used his other alias "Protagonist" for solving some mysteries in the event. Jeff had guessed right on who took Rouge11 and was given 20,000 gold as a reward in 2nd place. He was invited to the CS office, and also found Rouge11 with a clue.
In September 2020, Jeff was made a Master on the DSGHQ Forums.
In September 2020, Jeff has won Forums Player of the Month, leading in 1st place. The real time was 4d 10h 56m 14s.

Game of Mods
Jeff joined in the 11th, 12th, and in some later series of the Game of Moderators. Jeff had joined a total of 3 GOM teams: Knights, Wolves, and Freehawks. Knights was probably lead by Jesse and Wolves was lead by Cyberwolf, and then Jeff himself. Since Jeff's start with Team Knights, he had also thought of being an Imperial Knight, which would be official in 2016. Seeing Team Wolves win the 11th series of GOM, Jeff had decided to join Wolves, and has used the outfit "teamwolfjeff". Jeff had witnessed Cyberwolf win Moderator, and in the 12th season, Cyberwolf made Jeff the leader of Team Wolves. The team made some progress in the 12th series. However, Jeff's leadership failed a bit, due to possible poor computer performance and an inability to login during the event, which made it a bit hard for Team Wolves to progress. Damen has called out Jeff and disqualified Team Wolves, prompting the remaining members to join another team, and left Jeff mad.In another game of moderators, set in the present day, Jeff joins Freehawks. Other Events
Jeff had seen other events on OldCP, such as the Blackhawk Town aftermath, and the Pirate lockdown. OldCP had been through a couple of lockdowns. Jeff had seen some old and new faces around OldCP, like Pablo, Jesse, SecurityGuy, Terry91, DSGHQ, DRAKEHALL, and many other penguins. Jeff had also once attended an imperial bank dinner sometime in late 2015/2016.In 2016, Jeff partially joined TSA, owned by OldCPHelper (now KingArthurII).
