Beginnings

Sam joined the community in August 2013. She met many users such as Moshi, Terry91, and Tacofun and soon became friends with many of them. Sam did not care about ranks at first and just wanted to enjoy her time on OldCP. She made a forums account much later on in April 2014.

Ranks

Wise One

The first rank that Sam acquired was Wise One in February 2015. She held this rank for 3 months under Jacobg627 until she resigned. She did not find this rank interesting anymore and felt like it was holding her back from other ranks.

Badge of Honour

A user named Clegane had come to attack users at /office and Sam protected other users such as Dancebear. Due to her bravery, she was given the Badge of Honor at a session.

Imperial Knight

In a Redemption on June 27th, 2015, Sam became an Imperial Knight after a majority of users elected her to become one. She was a Knight until she committed treason.

Treason

When the MothTemple jrs had been leaked, Sam had gone in there to arrest other users who went in there. Unfortunately, going in the Mothtemple was treason so she had been put on trial. However, there was an attack that day and Sam risked her life to stop Dijnns from attacking users and she ultimately died.

Penguin Watch Captain

After Rocket decided to begin the PW again, he picked Sam to be the Senior Penguin Watch Captain. She held this rank for 2 days until she had been demoted for past behavior. She was demoted from being a brother altogether.

Moth Priest

Sam had become a Moth Priest under Fable. Despite having no previous knowledge of lore, she was determined to be good at her duty of protecting scrolls and becoming knowledgable.

High Priest

Sam was a High Priest temporarily after Fable died and he had to wait a few days to get his rank back. When he resigned, she became the new High Priest until her departure from DSGHQ.

Dorval Knight

After a 2 year break from DSGHQ, Sam returned and became a Dorval knight under Orlock. She is currently still a Dorval Knight.

OldCP Moderator

Sam was promoted to Moderator after applying via vacancy. She gladly accepted the position on April 19, 2020.

Queen Regent

Damen announced a Game of Kings competition on Snaildom in May 2020. Sam quickly announced that she wanted to compete and it was clear that she would be running against Bob, Dancebear, and Pablo. Sam logged on the last day of the competition and it was announced that she won GOK. She was so shocked that she could not believe her eyes! She is very thankful to have been a Queen Regent of Snaildom.

Game of Mods

Freehawks & Wizards

Sam had competed many times in GOM in Freehawks & Wizards. After becoming frustrated with both teams and frustrated with the fact that she never became a finalist, she decided to create her own team.

Topaz

Sam created Team Topaz in Summer GOM of 2015. They did not garner a lot of attention at first, however, they won Stage 2 and placed 2nd in the competition. She became a finalist and placed 5th overall. She has always become a finalist afterward.

Series 16 GOM

Sam did not have high expectations since her team had lost many times before however, they ended up winning Winter GOM of 2016 and Jilly Topaz ended up winning the entire competition. Sam was very proud since they had come from very far.

Series 23 GOM

Sam had very high hopes since this competition was one of the most competitive in a while with teams like Sushi, Koolaid, and Freehawks competing. They ended up winning all 3 stages and won GOM. Sugar went on to win the entire event.

House Topaz

Although not competing recently, Topaz has become a powerhouse and ultimately became a house on OldCP and Forums. Sam is the current Lady of Topaz and they are not going anywhere!

2020

Currently

Currently, Sam is a regular user who is a Dorval knight on her backup. She enjoys talking to her friends and chilling out. She does not plan on abandoning DSGHQ anytime soon and is here to stay. She hopes that she has left a huge legacy on this game as it has had a profound impact on her.
